That standing mouse actually looks like a decent prototype for an accessibility device. I can imagine it being useful in scenarios where people have limited range of motion or impaired motor skills. Perhaps those with cerebral palsy, for example.
He should build a laying down desk to put all his standing appliances on, which should allow him to sit comfortably and work as the stand-ness and the lay down-ness would cancel out, reaching perfect sitting desk height.

You should’ve used a couple pulleys and a crossed belt that touches the mouse wheel instead of as many gears as you used.
Make a standing monitor via mirrors so that it reflects the image up like a periscope. So instead of lifting up the hole monitor your just lifting up the image you can even have buttons go down so that you can operate the monitor

How they work, is it’s filled with resin, and there’s lasers inside the base that harden the liquid where it needs to be hardened to create an item, on a standard printer you can see all the layers and it doesn’t look as clean, but with a a resin printer you can’t see the layers at all (I’ve never used one so I don’t know if the layers are completely invisible or not)

I don't really know how to explain this, but you should do some thing where it keeps the rods on the standing keyboard in place, some of the keys look like they're farther right/left than the actual keys on the keyboard, like make them go through holes?
Omg that's what bothered me too. Maybe some kind of frame halfway up which allignes the letters.

Man, I love this idiotic stuff! I built myself a spring supported “floating” keyboard a while a go. Long soft springs that raised it around 6-7cm from the desk and made sure it wobbled like it was floating mid air while typing, wish I had a wobbly mouse and monitor too.
As far as “standing desk alternatives” I would think a raised wrist rest for the keyboard would be a perfect addition to your crazy setup.
Try to replace the raised keys with adjustable telescopic keys. The you could adjust the typing experience based on how tall you are. Perfect for a shared desk.
A standing chair would be a nice addition. It will be a chair that lets you sit and stand at the same time 😂😂

Standing mousepad, in case your standing mouse doesn't go high enough. Maybe make it so that the mouse just rests really high while the mousepad moves around somehow?
In order to preserve the scrolling functionality, I would have dissembled the bottom, removed just the movement sensor, attached that to the bottom of the stilts, and solder wires to the rest of it. That would’ve let me use the existing mouse buttons and scroll wheel natively.

Actually it has some use for certain circumstances, like desk is too low, want use it on floor to conserve desk space, physically disabled and so on. yeah, a box do the same job but it also limits mouse movement.
It can be improved by adding the feature that enable itself to adjust its height. A spring or an elastic band would be fine probably.
