hey bill the springs are for the in feed rollers they pull the brantches in to the chipper, also when chipping the larger brantches turn the speed down to put less stress on everything and chip in bursts giving the knife drum to speed back up again
Mix your chips with the grass clippings you pick up and compost them. It'll cut back on the cemetery's topsoil bill and a 50/50 mix of compost and topsoil will grow anything you want. You can also top dress the grass with compost instead of fertilizer.
ive never seen a window unit that hasn't done that, if you look there is a ring around the fan that dips into the water to pick it up. it not only keeps the motor and compressor cool but also increases the efficiency of the unit
it seemed to struggle pulling in some of the branches. you can beef up the springs on the feeders and that will deffinatly help. i would also run it on the 110
The newer AC units have to be set up so the rear is slightly lower and they are supposed to have water in them when running it helps the unit stay cool
the water helps cool the compressor so it dose not over heat always make sure there is a little pitch in the back so the water can pool in the pan and the fan can fling the water around
the more power those springs have the more crushing force then put on the wood and its branches so it will help break them off and chip better without jamming
The rated PTO power on the 2720 (23.5 hp) is just shy of the min on the range for that chipper (25-45 hp). The 110TLB has a 33 horse PTO which is more in the butter zone on the chipper. It might be better to run it off the 110, especially if you plan on chipping any larger diameter stuff.
well yea i suppose that would work too. i was thkning maybe a tailer for it. but then you would have to get a longer shaft for it. so proably not the best
bill here is a cupel of safety tip four you all ways feed a clipper from the side it is safer that way less of a chance to pull you in and never reach i to push it in to the feeder wheel youse a long stick or some thing and if you have any piece of clothing that get hung up and a prach as it going in to the clipper just let it go.
Bill............ how about mounting a 4 Cylinder Wisconsin or some kinda small engine to run the chipper? that way the tractor is free to pull chips and it will run with more power?
Be careful if your wearing long sleeves - ESP Iif you tighten those springs. A branch could snag your shirt & pull an arm I'm quick. They shutoff won't save an arm.
Bill its brandon from harrisburg,P.A. don't know what it is in celsius but I know today which is Friday is supposed to be 100-105 degrees faranheight here with the heat index. Try to keep cool
Hey bully. Just got farm sim 2013 from the steam sale and I was wondering if you could host a farm party every once in a while and any of your subs can join
here chippy chippy chippy lol
hey bill the springs are for the in feed rollers they pull the brantches in to the chipper, also when chipping the larger brantches turn the speed down to put less stress on everything and chip in bursts giving the knife drum to speed back up again
Perfect stuff to spread around your pumpkins to reduce the water evaporation....
The water helps cool the condenser. No hole needed unless the unit gets old and the slinger ring around the fan blade rusts off.

Possibly one of the coolest toys you bought huh? I need one of those!

OMG, drove past the cemetery and saw the chipper. Is that for LOW budget funerals?
Lol

I enjoy working, I could sit and watch it being preformed all day......lolol

Most window air con units make that sound, I have a Haier unit too and it sounds like a swimming pool lol
If you let the branches dry in the sun ahead of time, that will make it easier on your chipper.
the more power those springs have the more crushing force then put on the wood and its branches so it will help break them off and chip better without jamming
Bill. U could keep the chipper on the tractor and use the atv to tow the trailer.
Bill you could probably get a 3pt hitch conversion plate for your 110 that would hook up just like a bucket. Or that could be your next build project
The water in the ac is from the condensation. It basically acts the same as a dehumidifier.
Diddnt expect it to be on the small Deere, thought it would go on the 110, neat
Now you can clean up the blow down tree mess and make the place look alot better.
He could remove the PTO shaft and gearbox for the snowblower on the 110 and just hook it up to the 3 point hitch on the back.

Time to build a skid-steer mount adapter for the chipper.
Any chipper I have ran doesn't chip up pine needles very well. The one I run at work doesn't chew up pine needles.
Hi Bill, you need to show us more inside your house. I am curious how it looks.
I had an AC do that before. I drilled a drain hole in the back and it stopped getting so humid inside the building and freezing up.
you should build a cover for your trailer that detaches so you can blow the woodchips into it!
well yea i suppose that would work too. i was thkning maybe a tailer for it. but then you would have to get a longer shaft for it. so proably not the best

Looks like the little beastie is a bit temperamental about what it wants to eat.
Nice Chipper Bill!
bill throw some chips in your pumpkins patch it will hold water and keep your weeds down also i hope that chipmunk dosnt make a nest in that chipper.
Looks like what we call here a float. Its to jump or dive off of when swimming.
Bill............ how about mounting a 4 Cylinder Wisconsin or some kinda small engine to run the chipper? that way the tractor is free to pull chips and it will run with more power?
love the chipper. make a mount and put it on the 110.
yeah i was thinking that too it really would feel great
that wasp was actually a mud daubber they eat small spiders and other wasps
get a 3 foot long 4x4 with a handle on the end to push the brush into the chipper
I now have a strange urge to watch Fargo. Weird.
Be careful if your wearing long sleeves - ESP Iif you tighten those springs. A branch could snag your shirt & pull an arm I'm quick. They shutoff won't save an arm.
If you really can’t stand the heat, you could always take the generator and the gigantic fan you just bought to wherever you are working?
Got to fab a hitch off the chipper like a baler so you can pull the trailer with it
Be very careful if you drill a hole in that a-c Bill, I drilled a hole in mine and hit the freon line.
Love the vid chipper looks like it works good
Nevermind, i see u brought it up.
oh, one more thing. any chipper i have ever ran, even high dollar Bandit chippers, dont do anything for the neadles or leaves..
A hatchet or machete would be good to separate the limbs a little...but you probably figured that out already.
ummmmm. if i remember correctly, u have to push the clutch in, then engage pto. then release clutch..... i could be wrong though.... just a suggestion
they might, shop around a bit. DR makes a ton of these
when my ac did that i just drilled a hole in the bottom of it still works great
Dont make the battery on the dewie for the screws all the way empty.. It will destroy the battery.
bill
i work for pepole how chops wood chips and some times we have the same problems
bill got the same a/c dont you dear put a hole in it let her run that way!
Just through them in a pile and light a match....thousands of dollars saved and no maintenance.
Little to excited about the guy picking his nose lmao
i drilled a drain hole in mine and its 13 years old still going good.. hasent huit it yet lol
does a pretty good job there bill
I had to drill a hole in the bottom of mine because it would throw water into the house.
yes but he would have to remove the backhoe every time
You won't ever have to buy mulch again.
Nice! Works good!
wow that chipper works great but wouldnt the 110 handle it better?
Not if he made a skid-steer mount for it and put it on the front.
BTW, I said a couple of days ago I had a 4-5" shredder, make that 4-5 cm!
Around vid time 9:00 it was not wanting to take in those branches it need's to much give for it to do shit.
that was 540 rated rpm
What name brand of the wood chipper your using ?
it's like 'the juice weasel'
Bill its brandon from harrisburg,P.A. don't know what it is in celsius but I know today which is Friday is supposed to be 100-105 degrees faranheight here with the heat index. Try to keep cool
i like how you call almost everything a dowy.
Al thom me to
maybe some safety glasses
The fan you bought will be going on sale for 299 you should return it and get the sale price
make a mount like what the brush has
Nice 15000 subs Bill!!
got yourself some BBQ Wood There Bill!
You did remember those blades didn't you?
What are the bars you keep pulling and pushing?
Hey bully. Just got farm sim 2013 from the steam sale and I was wondering if you could host a farm party every once in a while and any of your subs can join
Bill you need a farm sim wight

I don't thins she likes the tree limbs.
Hook it to the 3pt on the back of the 110
That's cool

ooh get away from me hahah
bill I do hope one day u get to 1mil sub's (sorry this is my mum's youtube :P)
what are you going to do with all the chips now?
oh get away from me LOL

lol
U need to have the rpms up on your tractor bill, u are making that chipper work too hard at that low speed.
i wonder what he will use the chips for
i want to play with chippy in the dock
now you know why i got moved and the school closed
Sweet chipper.
why not try to run it on the old jubilee? lol
well that goes with out saying
YES!!!!
You could chip into the bucket
yes
my ac does the same thing
bill,
I think you should wear your safety glasses when chipping!
