Chaii that Kwacoco is making me langa ya... I didn't know one could bleach the oil first before putting it in the cocoyam paste. I really need to try it 🤔. Fun to watch, thanks 🙏❤
Sis dont bleach oohh. Just let it get really hot.right before the point of bleaching. Hahahah that's how your fufu and eru is calling my name too ohh🤣🤣🤣🏃♀️🏃♀️
Now am craving kwacoco. Your mum even tried to explain to you why they warm the oil befor adding. When i asked my mum why she warmed the oil be4 adding into koki she said i should not disturb her that is how she grew up seeing people do it around her to make the koki shine.😂😂😂 am happy hearing from you it helps with texture.
I’m here to learn this particular meal. It’s been sooo long I ate it and I loved it when I did. Thank you for all your recipes JD, I’m loving them and I’ll take time to try them all 🥰
what's the ratio of red to white cocoyams?
You could use half red
Half white
Or 3 quarter red and 1 quarter white
Thanks 🙏🙏🙏 for the recipe, mine came out well, I love 💕
