Greetings from Australia. What a superb video. You covered all my favourites- thank you. At the moment many aloes are sending up flowers. Crassulas are full of bees. I grow most outside except the small cacti. Hail is the most damaging. My garden has a lot of shade which my succulents must have in our summers. My xanthorrhoe are superb.
Hi Cherree -- Interesting how our seasons are reversed. It's midsummer in Southern CA right now, and it's midwinter where you are. Aloes bloom here in midwinter, which is January, and where you are, in July. Xanthorrhoea are fascinating. They're almost never seen here. But one thing we have in common is hail---which damages prized succulents in seconds.
