Thank you sooooooooo Much Brother... I got Amazing Result...
This is mind blowing, No glitches or grains of Green Screen...
Thank you for this video! 💓💛❤🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝
That's so great to hear. Thank you for your feedback. In the end I have to admit that after doing so much testing for this video, I myself got better green screen results than ever before 😆.
Thanks, You are the best in this field
Awwww. Thank you 🤗
Vielen Dank fuer das hochwertige Tutorial!
Vielen Dank für das Feedback 🙏😉
Your a great instructor. Very detailed and efficient. You dont talk very slow or very fast. Just efficient and easy to follow. Without much switching of the camera angles
Thank you! I really appreciate that. Working on new videos I'm always wondering about these exact issues 🙏🤗
@@wolfamri it is easier to understand if the tutorial is breakdown to steps then explain the reason for each step. The reasons and concepts are very important in learning because if there arent then will just be memorizing and then forgetting it after. With reason and concept explained then we can just look at the video and realize the solution.
@@wolfamri using analogy also helps
Thank you! That is exactly what I'm trying to achieve with my new videos. Do everything I can to help people remember and learn. I really appreciate your feedback. Thank you again!
Thanks for good explanation
Thanks for watching 🙏😉
Another fantastic series. Instant subscribe. Thank you!!
Thanks again, much appreciated 🤗🤗🤗
Thaaaaaank yooou! I am a writer, I cannot afford a professional video editor, not yet. Thank you sooo much! I am having fun with the green screen. You are a very good teacher.
Thank you so much for such a nice feedback, Anya! I can totally relate in regard to the fun part 😉
this is the best tutorial i ever get around green screen. bravo!
Thank youuuu 🙏🙏🙏
Incredibly in depth series. Thankyou for your service!
Thanks for watching! 😉
Excellent tutorials!!! Very good job with guiding people to the secrets of the green screen! Thank you!
Thank you!!!!
Wow, what a high quality masterclass on green screen. Thanks very much!
Thanks a lot for your comment, Alan. Much appreciated 🙏🙏
Thank you very much for this tutorial series. I struggled a lot with my green screen projects and this Will really make a huge difference.
All the best
Anja
Thanks a lot, Anja. That's great to hear. Good luck with your projects 👍😉
How does this have so few likes? This series is a masterclass in green screen. Good job Wolf!
Thank you so much, Henry. It's pretty new. I expected low numbers of views because it's not my classic target group. I hope it will pick up in time.
@@wolfamri This is quality content, but yes it is quite niche. I'm using my small spare bedroom and Amazon fabric, but experimenting with backlighting the fabric with good results, a Godox TL60 tube light on the floor behind the fabric. The TL60 is RGB so I can use white fabric to still get a good green screen effect.
I don't have a ton of money to throw at lighting, but I do have a couple of SL60W with barn doors, and an Amaran 200D with softbox for the "hero" lol. Foamboard reflectors help a lot. But the biggest thing that affects green screen quality? As you said, it's the size of your room.
Anyway, much love from Western Australia :)
Thank you. I experimented a lot for this video. In the end when I found that green screen editing trick with masking the ultra key filter, I also saw that the evenness of the background is less important than I thought. The only thing that is still left is the green spill on the person and that's an issue with smaller rooms. It's so fun experimenting with lights and comparing the results. Enjoy! Love back from the country with two letters less 😉🤣
@@wolfamri I rent this house so I have no option to paint the wall :( But I love the mounted rails you have on your ceiling, that is so flexible.
We use Davinci Resolve, is there an equivalent "Ultra Key" feature?
Much love to our non-kangaroo alphabet neighbour :) Western Australia is beautiful in golden hour, especially if you like timelapse, come and visit, I will buy you a beer :)
🤗 That would be awesome, but I‘m afraid despite having many things on my bucket list, I recently really try to fly less. And I couldn’t go any further than to Australia 🤣.
The rails are awesome, but perhaps not as flexible as you might think, unless you have a lot of them. I haven’t used da Vinci Resolve in a long while. But I think you can work with masks, just like in premiere pro. They all basically work the same way.
Thanks to this amazing video I've been able to achieve great editing results even with a poorly lit, unevenly lit green screen. I wish I could give this video a million likes at least!
Thank you so much. I’m glad it helps 😉
We really want another tutorials about Premiere Pro!! We admire you!
Awwww, thank you 🙏🙏🙏
Oh my wow. I have been searching for a simple, quick and understandable guide for keying my green screen, and this was so easy to follow and was super well explained. Thank you Amri!
Thank you, Joe! Getting such feedback keeps me super motivated 🤗

Thank you so much, Douglas! 🤗🤗
Amazing teacher! Thanks.
Thank you so much, Esther! 🤗
Thanks a lot, man! I have been struggling with this for YEARS. Actually I knew all the steps, I also used more Ultras, what I missed is the oval selection. This tiny detail is a real fricking gamechanger for me. I drink a whiskey today on your health :)
😂😂 Thank you. So great to hear that it was helpful. Cheers 😂😂
Amazing helpful advices
Thank you 🤗🤗🤗
Great tutorial. Better then a paid course that I bought. Thank you very much!
Thank you very much. That really means a lot 🙏🙏

THANKS A LOT SIR

Excellent training, Thank you! If you are still considering a similar class(es) using Photoshop, I’m sure many would benefit from your wisdom!
Thank you, Kate. I’ll consider that for the time after I’ve finished the planned photography course 👍
man , such a masterclass
Thank you!!!
My dude, this is totally under rated. A pro course, totally for free
Thank you so much! Your comment hopefully helps me climb the searches 🤣
Very good my man...extremely detailed and well produced...helped alot
That’s so great to hear! Thank you 🙏🙏
Ive been having issues with the masking- Im doing stereoscopic VR and it gets confusing - I may be overthinking it though
Were you able to solve your issues?
@@wolfamri thank you for your interest! The keying worked exactly as described! I even used the cyan backdrop..my issue is that with stereoscopic vr, the render has left and right eyes in one image...i have garbage on both sides of each eye...so the garbage mask wont get it all..
This was my 1st ever chromakey shoot..so i unfortunately had some areas not covered by green screen on extreme edges..i have a 180 degree setup with floor and ceiling green screen
I assume some.type of crop or multivideo layer masking would do it..but i will follow your advice...DONT MAKE RUBBISH GRESNSCREEN FOOTAGE IN THE 1st INSTANCE LOL. IN VR view..the garbage is mainly out of view and the focus of attention is closeup and center screen. I really appreciate your following up..I never would have figured this out. The next shoot should be flawless:)
Super good!🙏
Thank you, Dino! That's so great to hear!
great one
Thank you 🙏
Great thankyou
Thank YOU 🙏😉

THANKS YOU

You are a legend my friend 👏👏👏
Awwwww, thank you so much 🤗🤗
You're the best! Really!
Awwww, thank you 🤗🤗🤗
👍🏻 A brilliant, compact guide to the green screen theme. Very helpful for anyone affected. Strange that the number of like views is so low.
In any case: liked + subscribed by me. I'm looking forward to new things. ☀️
Thank you so much. That's probably because my channel is more photography based and I don't upload regularly. 😁
GREAT!!!!!!!
Thank you 🙏 🤗🙏
It is pretty good explanation. But if we have some problem in particular part then we can make one more clip like that by holding and dral alt key . Then Remove effect on it and the mask the problem
Thank you for your tip. But I’m not quite sure I understand. If the problem has to do with green scree, you can mask the ultra key effect.
Best key tut ever
Thank you 🤗🤗
You are good sir.
Thank you 🤗🤗🤗
Danke!
Awwww, thank you - that really means a lot 🤗🤗🤗
Masterclass
Thank you, I really appreciate your continued support. Helps me a lot 🙏🙏🙏
JUST WOW
Thank you! I hope it worked for you 😉
I'd luv to see this same video for Davinci Resolve
Thank you, Paul. Good idea, but it may take a while 😬
nice
Thank you 🙏🙏
Hi Wolf, i really enjoy your videos! One question. I use a blackmagic cinema 4k. Is best to apply colour grading to BRAW/ProRes before or after i apply the ultra key? All the best, Jacob
Thank you 😉. I don't think it will make much of a difference in regard to the keying result, but since you'd want to grade to match the background, I'd say you need to grade after you have placed your green screen footage in front of the final background.
@@wolfamri thanks alot:) Keep up the good work
What a tutorial!!! This solves all my questions. I have only one question to ask. Will this work on full body green screen as well? I wish to do make myself as a miniature for some of my videos. Will this work?
Thank you! Yes it does work, but is not as clean because of the shadows. Make sure to wear shoes that have a bery different color/shade of the shadow (e.g. red). White is also not the best idea because you will get spill 😉
@@wolfamri thank you so much for the help.. ,❤
thank you for the videos, it really is a good technique but I am having problems: so I first key-out the head and it goes well but if I try to use the ultra key again it still edits the head part, so what I am doing is making another mask to only affect the body and not the head nor the background. At this point I have the head and the body key'd-out and it looks good but I can't get the other background parts without messing what I already key'd-out and making a mask to only cover the background without touching the other 2 ultra keys is hard with movement. I've watched the video and when you add the second ultra key it doesn't mess your head-key, why isn't it working like that for me? am I doing something wrong? I don't know if it matters but I also have them in the same order as the video: the head on top, body 2nd and background last
That’s weird. Maybe a stupid question from me, but are you maybe not masking the key effect only, but the complete clip? I don’t think so, but just to make sure 😉
@@wolfamri hi! yes only masking the key effect like the video, what I ended up doing is making the mask for the hair and another ultra key for everything else minus what I could cut with the clip-mask. I have to say sir thank you so much for this video, I tried every other tutorial that I could find but this one with the multi-keying was the only one that helped me save a bad green screen footage, doing 2 or more key mask to edit the clip is such a genius, simple and efficient solution, I will use this technique again in the future for sure
That's so great to hear. So it worked in the end and you only had to do one green screen hair for the mask and the rest was taken care of with the second ultra key, right?
Nice tip on the color picker. Its annoying that Adobe wants to push us to After EX for keying.
That might be worth it if you have more advanced stuff to key out, but even then there are tools like Hawaiiki keyer that are great in Premiere Pro.
@@wolfamri I'll try that tool ty
Thank You From Egypt ♥ >> and #Free_Palestine
Thank you back 🙏😉
I’ve been working on green screening for two days following these steps and sometimes it works, sometimes not. Learning this stuff seems easy at first but I’m struggling lol
May I ask what you are having issues with?
@@wolfamri I can’t seem to get quite as clean results following your steps. I suppose it’s trial and error, I’m assuming I need better lighting. I also don’t feel like my image is as sharp as the background, so it looks off. Not sure what to do to make it look more natural.
All in all, you’ve made a great video! It’s been extremely helpful in getting me on the right path, as I have zero experience green screening!
Have you seen the rest of the series? I started with backgrounds, then lighting, camera settings and this video is the last of the series. If you want, I’d love to have a look at your footage to see why it is not working.
I know it's a whole year later, but green-screen photography, please!
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately there weren't all that many requests, so I will concentrate on my photography and lighting course for now.
T H A N K Y O U 🙏
Thank YOU 😉🤗
lol its funny how worried you are about keying out the hair.
🤣 that's because I want the hair on my arm to be precisely keyed 🤣🤣🤣
I am still confused as to why the second ultra key pedestal did not affect the head
Due to the mask on the first key, that already masked area is out of bounds for the second key.
@@wolfamri Ah I see. Appreciate the brilliant video and thanks for the reply
2:50 garbage mask
Thank you, but that’s exactly why I called it garbage mask in the video 😉
@@wolfamri Thanks for your amazing uploads. I learn so much from them! I like to type words with time stamps to review and learn effectively.
Thank you! 😉 Did you know that you can save videos? I often do that. But it wouldn’t include the time stamps 😬😉
0:24 Clicking on the WHAT-WHEEL?? The placement has to be intentional.
Not sure if I understand 🤔
