    I love your recipe, please what if i cant find the lime gelatine flavour? Can i bake without it?

      The lime gelatin adds color and makes the topping a bit firmer, but you can skip it if you can't find any. 😊

      The function of lime gelatin is to add color to the cake. It adds a little flavor, but you can achieve this with the lime juice already in the recipe. You can skip the gelatin and add a little green food coloring gel if you want the cake to be green. 😊

    looks good but too much condensed milk, wont it be too sweet.? Thought of trying but when I saw the condensed milk quantity, thinking now. However it look delicious 😍

    Any substitute for gelatin powder??
    Since Im muslim, n most of the gelatins are made out of pork's bones and contain pork-derived ingredients.

      No, only baking powder. Just make sure the baking powder is good because it will make the cake rise and become fluffy. To make the test, sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder in a glass of warm water. If it starts to fizz and bubble, the baking powder is active.
