@Jairo Misael Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out atm. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
This may just be my favourite video yet. Anton's humility, amazing feats of athleticism and strength, plenty of humour; Anton has it all! This video shows you can hang with the best, even though you're just a normal guy. It often feels like the people at the top of a sport are just built differently; It's as if greatness runs through their veins. Anton bridges this gap perfectly. You're likeable and extremely skilled and show us all that anyone can achieve their goals with hard work and the willingness to learn. Thank you for being such a huge inspiration, Anton!
5:12 Making it look easier than climbing stairs... In awe! 😳 Being able to that entire routine, that's a forearm burner! We're proud and motivated! 💪🏻 Stay healthy and happy, everyone! Take care! 😊
Incredible power from both of you. Love the attitude that failing is getting better! I also love how humble Anton is and how positive and helpful Geoff is. He really is a legend!
Wicked video! Great to see you struggling and being so humble given the level of skill and strength you already have Anton. Geoff made it look so easy!
Scapula pullups are really popular in calisthenics as a beginner variation and also as a staple later on in reinforcing the good movement pattern of a pull-up. At your level, I believe that at least one of those 3 sets could be made one arm (5-8 reps each), but it may affect the performance in the last exercise.
Geoff has insane core strength. Keeping your core and legs static without much swinging conserves energy. Anton is in amazing shape and yet the difference here is palpable. Easier to focus on control of the arm/hand/shoulders when your lower half ain't moving everywhere. And scapular pulls, OMG. Great info there! Great video, and I love seeing the evolution of Anton's movement as he cycles through despite fatigue.
@@averagejoe1683 No idea. After that season, he didn't participate for a while until last season where he slipped in the earlier stages. I am not sure about this upcoming season though.
Anton, lemme tell you this video is exactly the sorta thing I needed to see. I’ve been seeking inspiration for ways to work grip. This video came out of nowhere for me. What I’m taking from this, I’m adding to the mix. Just wanted to say thanks!
its awesome that you got a workout in with Geoff the OG! He really makes it look so easy! I would love to see Geoff do some of the grip genie challenges he looks to have the forearms built for it.
That would be great! I don't know if Anton is still in Colorado, but Amos Rendao at Apex School of Movement in Denver is one of the best teachers in this specific area. That would make a great video, and be really helpful to other Ninja athletes.
I'd be interested in a video of showing some ideas about how to construct these training walls. Most interested in the insights that the pros have about how to make them be good.
It must be so much fun going around the country and learning new techniques and ways to get stronger. Who knew we needed finger strength or more lower arm strength? I know this sounds kind of sarcastic, but I am not being sarcastic. I am fascinated at how specific gaining muscle strength for Ninja warrior, or mountain climbing or bouldering or parkour can be!
Geoff has a tremendous strength to weight ratio. One of the few foreigners that could go over to Japan and really give total victory a red hot go. Get this man to Sasuke!!
Great video. I wonder if you can do follow along warm-up routine, because I do probably something wrong. No matter, how much I warm-up before training or climbing, I very often pull a tendon or a muscle. 🤔💪
can you do a video of a forearm workout anyone can do alone, without equipment or climbing/ninja warrior background? most people like seeing these workout videos, but most people also arent ninjas, and just want to do a regular forearm workout at home
@@lambdacode1503 I think he's been doing some amount of pulling again. I think the bigger concern is mental. I'm not sure how he is now but I remember when it happened his mind wasn't able to understand what had happened.
Hey anton :) what is your thought about no magnesium use on the ninja warrior? Because magnesium is rule number one in any climbing and holding for long relating sports and obviously you use tons of it in this video like we all would have done, but is it fair that on the ninja warrior some people naturally sweat much more from their palms then other people who sweat much less? You could start the course with super sweaty hands just from pressure so you over griping each thing you touch and therefore you get pamped much faster🤔?
Yes I know the reason why they don't allow chalk, but I am wondering how is it fair to people who sweat a lot VS people who don't sweat? :) I was on ninja warrior myself and I couldn't finish the last obstacle because my hands been too sweaty😢
He cooked борщ (idk how to spell it) with Sean Bryan ua-cam.com/video/PMGC85SS6xQ/v-deo.html Just eat that every day and you'll be strong like Anton in no time :)
Anton how do I practice on the campus board without injuring myself? I was working out on the campus board a lot for a few weeks but started getting a deep, intense pain in my forearms and upper arms. I am a rock climber. Thank you
I wish I could help! It’s hard to say what’s the reason of pain. 🤔 Try rest and more water for a week or two. If it will help, decrease intensity or your workout. If not - need doctor appointment.
I wanna see Geoff vs. Magnus power sloper burnout duel!
That’s cool!🤘
Oh Dude It will be fun to see both.

Yeah I swear one arm scapular retractions are literally the first progression in the OAC right?
Anton thinks he's fatigued after two.. does entire set like a pro! #Inspiring

Geoff's forearms are massive wtf
Indeed, given his frame and all they truly are impressive! The commentator called him Popeye for a reason lmao

Anton is the ultimate youtuber .. you make videos with the coolest ninjas .britten is a legend👌
We need a Devon Larrat Geoff Britten crossover episode! I think Even Devon would be impressed by Geoff's forarms.
this is my home gym it’s cool seeing you train on the same stuff that I do!
Anton, are you rehabilitating your labrum tear? If so, how are you doing it? I also have one and it really sucks to rock climb now :(
Nice! I wonder..Can you do a video about falling technique?

Helps a lot with submission grappling too.
This whole video is forearm goals.
You should go to the Ninja Nation in Frisco and do training with Karsten Williams.
Geoff has a tremendous strength to weight ratio. One of the few foreigners that could go over to Japan and really give total victory a red hot go. Get this man to Sasuke!!
Killer stuff guys, I’ll be working some of this in when I go to NN Frisco.
Actually Anton, with your bodyweight, it's impressive that you can keep up with him. He's so much lighter

You know you spent too much time with Magnus Midtbo when your answer to a fall/failure is "CHALK!"

I legitimately did not know that muscle existed
He'd be cool to see in the jujimufu grip gauntlet
Just watching gave my forearms some strange 'phantom-pump' 🤣

Geoff: HA!
You should try 1 armed muscle up for another video
