      @@ryder710literally me! My mouth was watering literally the first 2 minutes. I was constantly spitting out saliva and it was mixed with the product. I tried another round literally 5 minutes after with less of the whitening product but I was already getting pain within the first 4 minutes lol

      @@ryder710same here! Took it out after an hour, had to spit out saliva every 15/20 seconde, complete madness. Used less stuff now and its much better.

    Thanks for that info I didn't realise there intrinsic I always used to add too much because I thought it had to totally cover the surface off the tooth

    Some instructions say 15 min, twice a day, but the Philips instructions say 30min once a day. I have also read instructions that say 15-30min twice a day. Which works best?

      It’s all dependent on how sensitive your teeth are! As long as you don’t feel any irritation on your gums, you can do the 30 minute session once a day. Or if you do have some sensitivity, I’d just recommend using it once in the morning and once at night 15 minutes each. I just bought my second plastic box of the kit and had a teeth cleaning today so I’m super excited for the results! Personally, I’m going to keep up this routine of 30 mins daily for 2 weeks for every other month or so

    I just watched this video to make sure I’m doing it right, I’m doing everything exactly like she is doing, but my question is when I take the trays out I feel like there’s no gel on my teeth at all, is that normal ? Just wondering if I’m using enough of the gel, or if it’s actually working at all, it’s only been two days, so I guess I will give it some more time, but was just curious about not having any gel on my teeth after I remove the trays

    The gel pops off the tube and I'm totally losing product. You didn't show how to store afterwards. I sit syringe up after use in the plastic container ithe tubes come in and the gel still pushes off lid and product ends up on plastic container. Help please!

      It depends on the solution. Some are stronger than others and have different timing. I have the night white version, but they also have a day white

    I wish there was something to reverse fluoride stains. They're intrinsic stains (on the inside of the teeth), so no whitening products can do a thing for them.

    If we don't have Invisalign or anything like that, where do we get teeth trays so we can do this? As far as I'm aware, they're aren't included in the Philips Zoom! DayWhite 14% box. Thanks

    Are you using Invisalign trays in this video? If you're not, is it ok to use the Invisalign tray/retainer to do this? Will the gel hurt the material?

    • @strykerdental
      @strykerdental  4 роки тому

      Yes, she is using the Vivera Invisalign retainer trays and it is perfectly ok to use the whitening with them, or other Invisalign trays.

    No matter how small the amount I put in the trays, I get the solution all through my mouth and on my tongue. I wipe and spit over and over and still solution. Idk, maybe my dentist did not do a good job creating my trays, or maybe this is normal. How many other people experience this?

      Use this until you have the shade you want. It won't instantly go this white.

    When your treatment is fished, do you brush your teeth with toothpaste?

    • @strykerdental
      @strykerdental  4 роки тому +3

      Once your treatment is finished, you have a few options for next steps, depending on your individual situation:
      1. You can brush your teeth with water.
      2. If you don't like the taste that the whitening leaves, you can brush with toothpaste.
      3. If you have tooth sensitivity you can brush with Sensodyne.
      Hope this helps!
