    Should I do this before lifting weights/workouts?

      Either after or on a less intensive day to begin with. Once you become used to it, you'll feel less sore (possibly) and can then add it before a workout no problem. See how it feels for you. Everybody is different 😊

    You can’t move heavy stacks of book all around yourself easily nor rotate them in the ways you do with the yoga block. Perhaps mention you need actual yoga blocks for this one. I had to change to another Baseball Yoga video after fighting with 20 lbs of odd sized text books for 15 minutes. 😳
