what a sweet interview. she was a beautiful person. i remember her well from the hallmark movie the christmas card. and yes, wonderful guest appearance on the golden girls.
Thank you so very much for all the videos with Lois Nettleton. She was a driving force in my life when I started doing theatre. Her work ethic was so admirable she became my inspiration. I saw Street Car Named Desire five times. Every show she performed in I went to, and I tried so hard to meet her but it wasn’t meant to be. She has remained my favorite actress next to Bette Davis my whole life. Thank you again for bringing Lois Nettleton back on the screen
Lois Nettleton was one of my favorite actresses. It was always a joy to watch her. She was wonderful in the film “Period of Adjustment “. She always makes me cry when I watch this film.
Great interview. Thanks for sharing. This was very enlightening. Lois Nettleton was such a versatile actress with loads of talent and charm. I loved her acting particularly during the 1960's. She was suburb in Nina's Revenge (Gunsmoke) and What if I Said I was the Queen of Spain (Route 66).
LOVE Lois Nettleton. Such a sweet, gentle, fragile persona. She's immortal to me for her guest role on "The Golden Girls" as Dorothy's lesbian friend Pat.
Obviously, a warm and lovely lady. This kind of open, non-jaded, down-to-earth, intelligent person seems so rare today. And I think that's a damn shame.
This is one of Skip's best interview's. He seemed to interrupt less and listen more. Skip let Lois express and finish her thoughts to completion much more than the other guests I've seen him interview.
This is "Norma" from"The Midnight Sun" in the 1961 season of the original " Twilight Zone" series. She is an outstanding lady and actress we have seen throughout the years in practically" all" of our favorite TV shows!
She guest starred in a 1990 episode of CBS's "THE FLASH" as the somewhat aged girlfriend of "The Ghost", a supervillain from the 1950s who escaped "The Nightshade" (Jason Bernard) by going into a cryogenic freezing room, only to wake up in 1990. Nettleton played "Belle Crocker", who encounters her 50's partner, whose specialty was being able to transmit himself into TV sets until he encounters both Nightshade and The Flash (John Wesley Shipp) great episode!
I just adore her. How wonderful to hear her speak. A lovely and gracious person.
Lois Nettleton is my favorite. I collect all her movies and TV shows.
I love her too. She should’ve been a superstar.
Shes so lovely ❤❤❤
Terrific actress. Class act... very charming. Nice to see what passion she had for performing!!!

The only good thing about that movie was Lois IMHO.
Luved her since seeing her in the Twilight Zone, Midnight Sun!! What a terrific actress!!! She was wonderful in The Fugitive too. RIP

1 of my favorite Hollywood Crushes I loved her as Christina Stockwood in all that glitters
Lois and Shirley Jones are my dreamboat ladies and will always be my favs
I was enamored with her as a child. She had such a presence.
A class act
It was a better world when she was in it. I wish she was still with us

I adore her too and that role was special
Lois' character on The Golden Girls was JEAN; Pat was Jean's girlfriend whom lived with her. Pat died and it was mentioned in the episode.
Somehow I can never get my lesbians straight..... 😅
Jiminy Glick.

Always liked Lois. Remember her in the midnight sun. It was haunting to watch her burn and die in the scene.
She was a regular on Pyramid through the entire Dick Clark era of the show
In her later life, Lois voiced Maleficent for Disney's 'House of Mouse'
Love Lois!!!!, very talented, very pretty, and I just realized there is a slight resemblance in Lois and Deborah Kerr
He just can't shut up and let his interviewee talk!
Jiminy Glick is outraged.
