The people aren’t stupid, this was clearly an inside job.
You’ve seen that movie too.
Yep!
Exactly❤
Duh! They can't steal from outside, ofc they had to go inside 😅
Probably an inside job.
In addition to being the largest cash heist in LA history, "Authorities say a burglar crew of some kind was responsible" might be the most obvious idiotic statement that authorities have ever given.
coulda been the Easter side Bunnys..
Yeah like, duh
What else would you say? Like yeah it is definitely a stupid statement but what else are they supposed to say when they only just found out?
@@awesomeblb3407 I don't know. Authorities say that this is an open investigation and the police department is working to clarify who's responsible.
This is now our news.
How the hell are u going to have a MONEY STORAGE WAREHOUSE and not have a state of the art security system smdh , clearly a inside job
More like relaxed crime policies are coming home to roost. Defunding the police hurts lives and financial security.
Please point to one single "defund the police" policy that somehow affected the alarm system of a private company warehouse.
@@bobrossopinions WTF u talking about DEFUND THE POLICE! Nobody defunded the police on the contrary they got raises and more money for police departments
@@dorpth Hello there, Defund the Police advocate. When you don't have any police officers patrolling the streets because a lot of them were laid off due to insufficient funding, then you have incidents like this one. In my area, police drive around in their cruisers patrolling the place.

I'm guessing that the business had no security guards working at their building that had $30 million in it.

Hard to believe it's not a inside job.
It was, they went inside and stole it😅
Go in from the roof...genius!
Of course it was 😅
Bc it was a job done by people that will hold the investigation
Its not an inside job. Its high tech crews from Venezuela. They have been doing this for the past few years. They typically hit mansions. The other theory is its the same people who stole the ONE TRILLION DOLLARS in the 9/11 attack. I don't think those guys ever got arrested.

He's pretty smart, he's guessing a burglar is responsible for the theft
Smarter than the fools on this message board saying robbers did it.
What kind of place is this that stores huge sums of money and is so easy to break into? And has no alarm system and zero security?
😂😂😂😂💯💯💯💯 Exactly they have more security at Walmart 😂😂😂😂
Pot may be legal in the state, but banks won't take the money because it's illegal federally.
They have to store it somewhere, but they should be more careful about who they trust to keep it safe.

Speaking of which...they had the plans to the alarm system to shut it off before they even got inside.
Wonder if they can stay silent. Wonder if they can avoid spending too much and getting attention. For sure it was an inside job. Good luck.
Or they start deleting each other like in The Good Fellas movie so there's no rats to testify if / when caught lol.
You know there's always one stupid one who can't keep his mouth shut or who spends too much😅 sorry for the family though they should have insurance

@@ellobo1326 They commit legal theft via proxy. It’s like agreeing to invest your money into a system that is rigged against the little guy. "Insured" doesn't mean your claim is guaranteed. In fact, I imagine there are probably a number of loopholes related to security measures that the insurance company will cite to deny the claim!
@@Finians_Mancave still, massive company gets robbed of a most likely recoverable ammount of money. The way it was pulled off is hilarious too, absolutely no evidence of a brake in. (In terms of recorded stuff)

Mom and pop jeweler, the jewelry was being transported between traveling jewelry shows, owned by individuals not a huge corporation, both drivers left the truck parked, was only supposed to be gone at a time, The 100 million valuation of the jewelry is over estimated for insurance purposes
costume jewelery zircon stones
It's an independent jeweler. Do those no longer exist? My engagement ring came from an independent one 20 years ago. It had operated in Los Angeles for generations and YES, the diamonds are authenticated and documented by a seperate source (not the jeweler). NO, they are not "zircon" just because an independent jeweler is selling them 🙄
Maybe today independent jewelers are more rare, but I seriously doubt they are nonexistent.

There’s no penalty for crimes anymore…no deterrent so they’re emboldened
You are a liar.
Yea if they get caught they will be considered hostages
Let's stop pretending 🙄...
Whoever stole this knew what security measures were in place. They knew what the building schedule was going to be. More importantly whoever funded this and organized it... Had money.
Another thing is with this and that jewelry heist all of the people were insured The business was insured so they didn't lose anything except money and property which they will be compensated for. The insurance company didn't lose because they will just raise premiums on everyone else to pay for their payouts.
No I'm not columbo mind You but wouldn't it be feasible to suggest that maybe it's the rich people stealing their own s*** and then getting the insurance money on top of that and still holding the property/money 🙄?
If you ever had anything of value stolen and dealt with insurance you'd know that insurance companies don't pay out the full amount. They have a cap on the amount covered and they depreciate the shit out of everything covered. They will get SOME money back. If they were the ones to organize the heist then they have stolen property to move while law enforcement is looking for the stolen property and more than likely at the person that reported it stolen. So it would be a bit difficult to liquidate.
Look at the big Brain on Brad! 😂😂😂😂😂
Right, the losses should be covered by the insurance companies, altho replacing antique jewelry of the rarest quality, in priceless “one of a kind” settings, and jewels are often considered “IRREPLACEABLE”, and are undoubtedly found in the smaller, more exclusive jewelry store’s , hence the ref. to the “ma and pa jewelry stores” could be a misrepresentation of the smaller stores, since ‘smaller’ DOESN’T necessarily mean “less than”, since often times, “Good things come in small packages.”⚜️💎⚜️J🕊
@@josiejones3186 You keep looking at this like they lost it 🤣. They never lost it. They never planned on selling it anyway. There's no telling what the value would be if they did but I can tell you what the value is because it got "stolen" And that dude gets to sit in his little home safe and rub his little antique jewelry and call it "my precious" Oh while wiping his ass with the money he got from the insurance company.
@@andyd2960 If you have something worth $10 and you don't want to sell it but you need $5... That $10 something is insured and they pay out $5 so what. You got the money you wanted and you kept the s*** that you already had. I say the majority of these cases are stage shows for the police put on by the rich for the investigation and the insurance money. Couple generations down the line that stuff will pop up or it will be melted down last time I checked Gold and jewels are still worth a pretty penny.

WONDER HOW MUCH OF THE MONEY STORED WAS OWNED BY THE CARTELS?
The hard part isn’t stealing the cash, the hard part is executing its placement.
When you have more than $100k cash, you quickly learn that it’s pretty worthless. Can’t deposit it, can’t buy a car/house/pay loans/pay college or anything useful other than grocery shopping, gas, jewelry under $10k, ect. But if these guys really are a ‘crew’, they probably have something lined up to launder it. Worst thing to worry about is a sting or serial numbers being reported.
