    Hoop around your waist.
    Move hips energetically back and forth.
    Get the hoop going.
    Equipment:
    Power hoop or hula hoop.
    Specific workout tip:
    Concentrate and contract and brace to stabilize.
    Perform with control. And enjoy it.

    Always exercise at your own level at your form of the day.
    Focus and maintain proper form, feel stable and in control.
