    I was shooting really bad at pickup basketball last night. Felt pretty bummed, hoping that allowing the flow of the game to happen helps with that. Thanks for the video

      Absolutely, focusing on getting into the rhythm of the game frees you up from worrying and stressing. Especially when your shots aren't falling!

    Super informative !!
    Although i am not in sports field but as a hvac engineer in Aec construction industry i struggle with performing under pressure situations and ability to stay encouraged in testing times.. how to increase competence in trying new works and which books would help in these situations...
