I went to USA in 2014 with my job. The CEO of the company we were working for was black, the CFO was black, the head engineer was black, the team leader was black, and more than half of their team were black. We all had a final dinner after the project ended, you know what these smart and accomplished people were talking about t the table ? Racism, how oppressed they were, that they are treated differently because the color of their skin, how hard it is to be black, things like that. I’m still in shock 10 years after that dinner.
From my understanding is : people who are oppressed don’t know they’re oppressed.

When I was in the Army, most of the guys in the barracks were Black, half of my fellow medics were Back, my senior NCO and first sergeant were Black. My Division Surgeon was Black, the Secretary of the Army was Black. A US President has been Black, The US Vice President is Black, a Secretary of State has been Black, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs is Black, the Secretary of Defense is Black. I'm wondering where all of this "White-supremacy" is supposed to be coming from?

When I was a kid in the South, there was "Separate but Equal".
I remember MLK leading a march up the hwy in front of my house. He even stopped the march and sent a woman over to walk me back to the house to my Momma to make sure I didn't get hurt (10-11 year old white kid). I looked him in the eye, and I could tell he loved me.

I was taught at a young age to stop saying "umm... I mean... Like..." when forming sentences. Taught from my black English teacher. She said it makes you sound unintelligent when you do that.
