You’re a mad lad for trying to upload 100 videos this month, I get out 1 video every two weeks maybe every week if I have enough time but you’re built different.
I literally have no schedule and so I've been doing Videos randomly and then taking almost a Year long break before I even do another one. I've been having a New Years Resolutions of getting my Channel going for the past 2 or 3 Years, but I never had a way to do that, until recently. Starting January, I'll try to do some experiments with my Videos and see how they do and hopefully go from there.
@@fireball1249 I used an elgato 4k pro that plugs into my motherboard, but for years I used an elgato hd60 and it worked fine up until a couple months ago but it was also 6 years old. I record with that so my facecam, my audio, the video, and the video audio are all separate exports
I gotta respect your grind man, my notifications have been overtaken by all your uploads and I am not complaining!! Keep on grinding, every sub you get is more than deserved because of all the time and effort you put into this channel!!!
The closing story happened to me once. I worked in a health and nutrition store that is conjoined with a naturopathic clinic. For the store portion, we sold a variety of organic snack foods like smoothies and date balls (treats that are made with things like dates, seeds, sunbutter, and cacao powder) which my job was mainly making these. Now we had a health food cafe that ordered these date balls from us like once a month or so in large quantities. My boss, who was almost 9 months pregnant at this point, accepted one of these orders from them for 300 dateballs and asked me to come in after closing on a Saturday (2PM) since it was so important to get it done quickly (due to the baby and good customer service). I already had plans to go to dinner and the movies with some friends to see How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, I figured I could just go straight to the mall after working 3 hours with no customers to hold me up, so I accepted. Everything went fine, got a lot done and got to listen to Rooster Teeth Podcast since I was my own boss for that time. Cut to 4:45 where i've finished cleaning and am waiting for my ride out of there when my boss shows up with her husbands mother to drop some stuff off for the remainder of the food order and I knew she was coming around. However, they forgot to lock the front door back up while they visited. So just as they are about to leave, this couple comes in and ask if we are closed as they were looking for snacks. Keep in mind, this is THREE HOURS past our initial open time and the hours sign is on the front door. I begin to say no we're not, but my boss insist that it's okay as long as she was there. I'm a bit annoyed since I believe we have hours for a reason and I had just finished cleaning everything in the kitchen but I agree with her that it's fine; she even said she'd handle it despite my insisting to help, so whatever. Then the guy comes up to the counter and ask "Hey, is it too late to get a couple of smoothies?" and I burst out laughing at him. I laughed before realizing he was serious. Again I started to help, but my boss said she had it and that I was finished (She's very determined). Probably not the most entertaining story, but watched this around the same time it happened and related.
When I was working at a pizza place, I had people that would try that, "I'll have the usual" on me and get mad when I didn't recognize them. Do people not realize how many customers go in and out of a restaurant in a day, let alone a week or a month? What does anything random yabo think is so memorable about them that I'm gonna recall their face and order of the hundreds of other people I deal with. Same thing when I working sporting goods and someone wanted ammo. They'd get mad because I carded them every time. One guy complained to my sister and she described him to me, in the hopes that I would no longer card him. I continued to do so out of spite. When he threw a fit about it, all I told him was "Next time maybe don't whine to my big sister about it. You're getting carded for as long as I work here."

I owned a lot of tennis balls since I was in the tennis club and one time my classmates asked me for one so that they could play Pagoda-Ball. Don't ask what that is. It's a Very Long Story. But what I will tell you is that whenever I and my friends played Pagoda Ball, we did it on the Playfield Pagoda...which was half a kilometer away from the classrooms. These guys decided to play in the Cloister Pagoda...which was meters away from the classrooms. But I didn't think anything of it so I left them with the ball to go about my business during the break. I come back in time for class and then the teacher calls up, one-by-one, everyone who was involved in that Pagoda Ball session...except for me. Turns out that while I was gone, these guys got so loud and so rowdy, that they were flinging swears and curses at each other while playing. Somehow, blissfully unaware that almost everyone from grades 8 to 11 could hear them. And they got in So. Much. Trouble. But I only gave them the ball so I wasn't targeted in the mass punishment. 07:53 Actually, I used to frequent a Chinese place on my work break so much that the waiters automatically started bringing me a pitcher of water without me ever having to ask. And before that, I frequented Wendy's and bought a value meal everytime. Eventually the cashiers just knew who I was and started punching in the order as soon as they saw me enter. It helps that I'm polite to anyone if I can be, and that includes those in the service industry.
Used to work at a famous pizza chain that has the initials of PH, employees when I got hired got free fountain drinks on shift. Some of the employees were drinking up to 6 cups per shift and our AGM had to change it from one free and 10 cents for every refill after that
oh yeah Soda is really cheep too make ,I think it's price is 1000% over what it needs too be too make money on it and they already give you less by trying too fill the cup up with lots of Ice, (one of the reasons I don't want ice in my drink)
The reason they make so much money on sodas is because they pay almost nothing per cup, taking one or two water cup of soda will not do that much, although if everyone did that it would, but we don't so it probably fine.

I work fast food only a handful of people I recognize like my usual customers who are nice and I enjoy their company and the massive jerks who come in only to just make my shift a living nightmare. Thank God I'm going into a new job tomorrow still haven't told them I'm quitting yet that's going to be a thing. The video is where I learned how to make a Kazuki it is extremely delicious I 100% recommend it
From what I understand the margins at fast food places very much depends on the place. Pizza places? Most of the margin is actually on the pizza, costs them very little in comparison to how much they charge (and most don't sell drinks as much as sandwich and burger places). Sandwich and burger places? Much lower on the sandwiches and burgers, like you said most of their margin comes from the drinks (it's like 10% of the cost is the actual amount it costs them or something for the drinks). Granted, this is what I understand to be the case and my information is more than a few years old at this point. Just wanted to share.
I literally just left a super long comment on your last Alpharad video and now I'm gonna leave a really long one here, too, I'm sorry 😅 When James mentions that he considered stealing the sooub from the stupid employee, it reminds me of the time I stole from Sooubway. But let me explain! I was at a con and the venue had a Sooubway stand but for the con, they had an extra Sooubway kiosk since there were a bunch of people there that weekend. My friend and I got in line for the kiosk cause it just happened to be closer, both lines were stupid long. After waiting in line for a long time and getting our sooubs made, we went to the cash register and found out the kiosk was cash only. If we wanted to pay by card we'd have to go to the stand. We didn't have cash on us and, like I said, the line at the stand was stupid long. We probably could have cut to the front to pay real quick but I have severe social anxiety 🥲 and would feel like an ass for doing that. We made like we were heading to the stand to pay, realized no one was watching us and were like, "should we just take the sandwiches and leave?" and we did. A couple girls right behind us in line did the same thing. All I'm saying is they could've handled the situation better. Like had a sign that said cash only or told us BEFORE we went through the trouble of ordering and getting our food. I lost my wallet later that day, so don't worry, karma caught up to me
So far so good! Today was probably the most difficult day of the entire month. If I can get through the next two Thursdays and next Tuesday then the rest will be super easy!
