I recall a group project in my high school reading class with each group doing a different book (ours was An Innocent Man). One of the guys in my group I once thought was cool and friendly, but soon came to realize he was a condescending ass. Everyone in the class were planning of doing simple power points, but I wanted to take am initiative by creating a fake movie trailer for. The condescending guy said I could but he and rest of the group were gonna do the power point. Throughout the whole project he kept showing how little faith he had in my idea while I continued to work on my own. Since it became clear my group were going to be of no help, so I got in contact with friends, random people in library, and even school police involved with filming. When the due date came, I presented the video to my class and it was a slam dunk. How did the condescending guy react? Don’t know. He stop coming to class around that point. Whatever happened to him? Don’t know, don’t care. Best part is, is that I didn’t even finish the first few chapters of the book when I did this. I made a huge risk while do a fraction of the assignment and it paid off big time.
Jaiden's whole video is why I despise group projects. My heart goes out to past Jaiden for working with those two horrible girls; I'd do the same thing Jaiden did when she edited that project video *evil grin*
Specifically Reneeesme. Bloodrayne is the name of the main character of a vampire game series as well as the name of the series themselves. Which come to think of it means Jaiden is indirectly calling them bloodsuckers, whether conciously or accidentally.
09:02 Man, I remember when I did invigilation for other exams the same week I was preparing for my own final exams. I know I needed the money but the pressure was almost unbearable. I even had three event abnormalities during the invigilations. I wanted to enter the world of unconsciousness so badly but any sleep that I did on the job meant I was going to be fired, and any sleep during exams...well, that speaks for itself.
Group projects suck. I’ve had similar experiences with high school projects where I did most of the work but my teammates try and take the credit. So from college upward I just expected to be doing projects completely on my own and plan my schedules according to that. And if my potential teammates decide to pitch in on the work, great. If not, at least I’ll pass and they won’t :D
I'm beyond grateful that I never had to do a group assignment in college. I don't think I've have any friends who came out of one with a good experience.
Btw, I know you frequently mention that you've been asked often to react to theOdd1sOut. If you do, I recommend starting with his Subway videos. There are four and they're kind of a cool consice example of the quality of his videos growing over time.
This video reminded me if how I once did a college group project and did all this work but *forgot to email my partner my stuff before I went to bed!* I felt so bad the next day because she’s been up past midnight working on things I already handled and I kept apologizing due to how horrible I felt. She said it was fine but I still felt like the bad guy in the situation. This was maybe 5 or 6 years ago. Loved my college years but that work takes a lot out of you. I should go back someday because I still need to get my bachelors.
Since highschool when 2 people in my group project sabotaged Me to make me do twice the work then if I did it on my own, I insisted I do all group projects on my own in college to much of my professors shock of actually getting it done on time
I don't know if you know this but the name Renesmee is from the 'Twilight' franchise, Google just spelled it hella wrong and whoever wrote the article even says they don't care if it's spelled right
Holy fuck, that poor girl. 😢 I'm glad she passed the class because those two project partners were ass.

You really took the situation into your own hands it sounds like!
Jaiden: Massive props to whoever is bilingual
Me: I know English and Spanish but I'm an idiot and sound wrong that's great
I barely know English

Because of course the worst girls name belongs to Bella and Edward's daughter from Twilight.
Obviously something/one is trying to tell us something
I literally never knew that
Specifically Reneeesme.

I was never a leader, but!
If we are in a Group project and the actual leader grave me orders, i followed them!

Dang, literally every group I came across in my projects XD

Finally been waiting for the unboxing
Yeah it took a long time to edit
2:22 Renesme is the baby in Twilight & BloodRayne is a game franchise about a half-vampire, it's pretty fun
Yo, that next video though
Since highschool when 2 people in my group project sabotaged Me to make me do twice the work then if I did it on my own, I insisted I do all group projects on my own in college to much of my professors shock of actually getting it done on time
Well I think the main reason why professors want you to do group projects is to prepare you for working with coworkers
Dear God 😟
I don't know if you know this but the name Renesmee is from the 'Twilight' franchise, Google just spelled it hella wrong and whoever wrote the article even says they don't care if it's spelled right
Oh I had no idea
You should watch the new DougDoug video called “I ranked the greatest Fidget Toys of all time”
