In contrast to last weeks daytime makeup look, I'm going to re-create a more dressed up glamorous look with a gorgeous irridescent eyeshadow and some fasle lashes. This is the makeup that I used on Pixie Lott for the TV show, The Voice a few weeks ago. Many of you were asking for me to show you how to re-create this. I'm hoping it will be interesting for you to see how I adjust the makeup for my skin as I have quite a few years on Pixie. I'm also trying out My lashes but better from KISS with an ingenious eyeliner glue. This film also demonstrates placement of false lashes for older eyes.

I've been put off by lashes because the You Tube beauty community seem to go overboard with heavy big lashes. That's certainly not me. But your demo inspired me to maybe try lashes either for performing (I'm a semi-retired professional singer ) or for special occasions (one of my sons is getting married next October). Absolutely stunning Caroline! I use false eyelashes every day because my eyelashes are rubbish but that Kiss eyeliner glue looks like a game changer, must try it and I love the pretty eyeshadow 🥰💜

I watched earlier today and love how you just use bronzer as blush. I have never tried anything from Charlotte Tilbury but have seen that Laura Mercier has a new illuminating skin tint. I also love the Dior bronzing powder too. It’s so cold here in New Jersey, going to make a pot of soup of some kind today. Be well.

Love your tips! Have you tried Lashify? I love the system. It’s so much easier and they stay on for 5-6 days.
I wish I could wear lashes but I’m so incredibly allergic to glues that I won’t dare to even try. Just have to make the most of my own lashes!

Often some important informations along products would be very helpful . It‘s not just: Do I look pretty in it?
It‘s also about for example withe the lashes: Is it hard to remove? Lashes and glue- liner? Are there allergens in it like formaldehyde? Would be useful, if with the advertising, also some information would come with it, the „small printed“ if you will. That’s why I follow a pro! Thank you 🙏 💕
What shade do you wear in the Laura Mercier concealer?
I hate trying to read makeup shades, now I use my phone camera on x3 so I can read it 👀
It always fascinates me that you never put foundation on your nose. Is there a reason? I need it on my nose and chin but don’t need it really on my cheeks. Am I doing it wrong?
in the U.S the false eyelashes on young girls and even older ones over 40 look ridiculous in my opinion. Everyone is wearing them and everyone has huge thick lashes that just look SOOO FAKE. I absolutely don't know what everyone is thinking. I am someone that has never mastered the false eye and still try my best with primer, thickening and then a lengthening mascara for curl. On rainy days at home I still practice putting false ones on but they never look good. IMO I will continue to try and look for these lashes as well.
