Aurora Storm - May 11, 2024

A particularly active period of solar activity saw an auroral storm, not seen in some places for a generation, bring the skies to life with dancing colours.
I struggled to find some clear skies, but eventually managed to get to a clear spot in Central Southland, near Dipton, New Zealand.
At times the whole sky was lit. Just incredible.
