    We try to find local butchers as we travel and buy our meat there. Shrimp creole looked delicious. Michelle

      We have family just north of there in Hammond. We LOVE authentic cajun food. Might have to look you up the next time we are in the area.

      LanSky, John from coddiewomple travels suggested it. I bought one for me and one for our son. We have both had great results. I have always been awful at sharpening knives. I get the technical side, but the application seems to allude me. This thing works great for cheap knives.
