Open-ear directional audio transmission is an interesting technology that I think has potential in the future for both earphones and headphones. It may be possible to use the technology for tuning multi-driver headphones to better reproduce spatial audio. For now, these are an interesting development that sound more like open-back headphones than closed-back or in ear monitors. SIVGA is not the only manufacturer working on this technology, but given their headphone offerings I thought it would be interesting to check out their approach. Let me know what you think of the S01's sound... Cheers! Todd
Interesting video. I would love to see a review of the Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7b, it’s designed for critical listening in mind. Audio-Technica claims that the ATH-MSR7b were "made for audiophiles", and that they "reproduce audio with remarkable accuracy and clarity, letting you hear every nuance of your music." I would like to see you run audio tests on them to see if those claims are actually true. Great job on the video!
Sound leakage will depend a bit on the shape of everyone’s ears as the closer the directional driver sits to the opening of the ear canal the less the reflected sound will be. I found sound leakage to be closer to closed-back headphones played at loud listening levels vs open-back headphones at moderate listening levels. I hoe this helps out!

Great suggestion on the MSR7b...added to my list!
@@askdrtk Thanks! I’ll be looking forward to see the review soon
Very nice earphone review!

They sound pretty good, equiv to 80-100 dollar earbuds. Hows the sound leakage?
