@@eagleofbrittany7231 I honestly really enjoyed it as well and definitely plan on returning to this one in the future hopefully the near future if things work out!
Hi, this is the developer! Thanks so much for checking out my game and I'm glad you enjoyed it :) There are a couple things that I'm working on making more clear in the game as well. The occasional blue light that you see is the path that leads to the challenge levels and beating challenge levels and bosses is what gives you a relic. Definitely understand about wanting more interesting stuff in the background besides just the color change which is 100% something I want to add but I'm a bit limited with art due to budget. If all goes well, the full release should have much cooler/varied backgrounds. Thanks again for playing and feel free to ask my any questions in the comments as well!
You should consider adding a basic star scape in the background in order to simulate motion. Without a reference point, DoF, or vanishing point, the feeling of flying is essentially lost.
@@VoidKnightGames Thank you again for the opportunity to check it out early I enjoyed very much and look forward to both playing more and seeing where the game goes through it's early access development. I totally understand the budget issue and like I said it's not so much a criticism as just something I noticed, keep up the good work and thank you again!
To be clear, I never stated that the game was "a bad experience". 🙂 Besides, if anything, it reminds me of the stuff Daniel Remar used to make with "Hero Core" (prior to Iji). And those are still legendarily awesome games.
@@Novastar.SaberCombat I'm sorry I wasn't trying to imply that's what you meant I was just trying to state that although I can see your point the flying and movement still provides a good experience.
@@timetomakethecalligraphy6923 Oh trust me I do plan on playing more haha I've just had a lot going lately but plan to get back on the grind the beginning of next week!
I am digging this gameplay! I went ahead and downloaded the Early Access on Steam and will definitely check it out later! Question: Have you tried playing this using a controller? If so,how was the experience?
Honestly really love the Roguelite/shmup combo, would not mind seeing more of this one
