Hi friends, today we are going to prepare QUICK AND Tasty Aloo ki sabzi also known as ALOO CURRY, aloo ki sabzi, QUICK ALOO CURRY, POORI ALOO SABZI RECIPE, POORI WALE ALOO RECIPE,मसालेदार स्वादिष्ट आलू की सब्ज़ी, easy potato curry, aloo curry, vegan potato curry, potato curry with coconut milk or cream, potato curry with tomatoes, spicy potato curry, simple potato curry, healthy potato curry
Ingredients:
50 ml Oil तेल
Whole Spices
2 Bay leaves तेज पत्ता
2 Dry Red Chilies सूखी लाल मिर्च
1 Big Cardamom बड़ी इलायची
1 Green Cardamom हरी इलायची
1 Clove लौंग
1 tsp Cumin Seeds जीरा
2 Large Onions बड़े प्याज
1 tsp Salt
नमक
1 tsp Garlic (chopped) लहसुन
200 Gram potatoes (Cubes) आलू
Powdered Spices
1 tsp Cumin Powder जीरा पाउडर मसाला
1 tsp Turmeric Powder हल्दी पाउडर
1 tsp Red Chili Powder लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 tsp Coriander Powder धनिया पाउडर
3 large tomatoes (chopped) टमाटर
2 Large Red Pepper लाल मिर्च
1-2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Garam Masala Powder गरम मसाला पाउडर
1 tsp Lemon Juice नींबू का रस
1 Cup Cream क्रीम
1 Cup Water पानी
1 tsp kasuri methi कसूरी मेथी
1 tsp Ghee or butter घी या मक्खन
1/4 bunch Cilantro leaves धनिया पत्ते
Recipe
1. Take a non-stick pan. Add 50 ml Oil in it. When oil is hot, add Whole Spices. Sauté it for a minute. Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds. stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add 2 large Onions (Chopped). Cook for 1 - 2 mins. Sauté until Onions turn golden brown, add 1 tsp Salt (as per taste) and add 1 tsp garlic (Chopped).
3. Add 200-gram potatoes cubes. Cook Potatoes for 4-5 mins.
4. Now we will add powder spices. First, add 1 tsp Cumin Powder, 1 tsp turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Red Chili Powder, and 2 tsp Coriander Powder. Stir it for 2 mins.
5. Add 3 large tomatoes (chopped). Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium low flame. Cook until ghee or oil separates.
6. Add 2 Large Red Pepper (or Shimla Mirch). Stir It. Add 1-2 tsp Salt (as per taste). Add 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Stir it. 1 tsp Lemon Juice. Keep Stirring It for 1-2 mins.
7. Add 1 Cup Cream. Cook it for 2 mins, then add 1 cup water. Cook it for additional 2 mins. Add 1 tsp kasuri methi.
8. Cook for 3-4 mins until vegetables are soft. 1 tsp Ghee or butter. Check if potatoes are cooked.
9. Garnish with 1/4 bunch Cilantro leaves. Tasty Aloo ki sabzi or aloo curry is ready. Please subscribe to my UA-cam channel and press the Bell Icon for interesting videos
