Instead of Murray to shut up and serve out the match, he enters the mindset that Fabio wanted him to get into in the first place. He became rattled and King Murray so says Fognini lost ha!
You can argue as much as you want, but Fognini played really well.
An average Fabio wouldn't have disturbed Murray's usual mental strength ( + the fact that the match was long, It's not only mental ).
@@Steevy84yes but in the end, it's one match. Can't recall the number of title m1000 that Fabio has. I guess a bit less than Andy. And don't get me wrong, I like both player. Murray's stamina. And Fabio being a fun player to watch. He was entertaining...

Murray should have been penalized for the Shut up. This is disgrace when players fight each other. The match ref or umpire should deal with this.

Fognini behaves like an ass and everyone says "Bravo Fognini..." Just like Kyrgios and a lot of other as if this is ok? Once upon a time, there was something called sportsmanship and good behavior. Even though McEnroe behaved moody at times he would never shout out to disturb an opponent during the play. B Borg was ALWAYS a gentleman and the big three are great gentlemen but this new gen are just not respecting anything at all... I have liked Fognini before because I consider him playing, at his best, a great tennis-layer but from now on I'll just avoid watching him.
