    This was just so good from the perspective of placing our focus back onto how big our God is! He’s still in control no matter what!!

    When listening to this i was led to go back to Old Testament to see Gods Law, the commandments, all the curses and blessings. You see Gods order. Thank God that he is using you both and this platform, to educate us how to make decisions based on him. Lean on his understanding and not ours. That policies is what is going to affect generations to come, good and bad.

    People fight over this because the way you vote affects everyone’s life not only yours so your one vote can sway it one way or the other, which will then affect my life. This is why this topic is so heated because the turnout can affect me in a negative or positive way. But I also know that God is going to take care of my house either way. Thank you both for having this conversation.❤

    As a Christian, I understand that you cannot legislate morality. Many of our Christian brothers & sisters think we can get non Christians to live in a theocracy. I have never had an abortion and believe it is wrong. Yet, we cannot chase down people to see if they are pregnant and what they are doing about it. The same is true for those who do not follow a biblical view of one man and one woman in marriage.

      Many non Black Christians hide their bigotry behind trying to possibly save an unborn. We ignore blatant anti God behavior in a leader because he says he will possibly save all unborn. When Jesus walked this earth, his disciples confused his message of deliverance. They wanted to insurrect the Roman rule. Jesus said, He came that we may have life eternal…🙌🏾❤️🎉

    Thank you for this. And especially for the reminders that God is on the thrown forever, we don't need to fear, he can work things for our good no matter who is is office, love others who disagree and be open to learn, and we need to still prayer for those in office, even if we disagree with them. Thank you for also encouraging us to go to God's word and see who lines up best, with their policies. Blessings to you both Pastors Ken and Tabatha! Love you. Lifting you both in prayer always.

    Dear Community,
    This weekend I was invited to a meeting from sant egidio for peace in Paris as a person living in a Christian community..
    We have been glad that even the president of France Macron came to listen to us and encouraged us to find new ways to peace. I had so good talks for example to the orthodox eminence of Romania or the bishop of India. The war is so close in Europe . It is very complicated. We have to defend us with military and thanks to your nation to help us. But on the other hand the higher peace of our saviour doesn’t need weapons. When we talked we always felt this powerlessness like frozen.
    We pray for you that the higher peace of Jesus will come over your vote. Please stay together as a nation. However the vote will be. The USA is so important in this world. Please pray also for us that the higher peace will be seen by the political leaders and enter their hearts especially in countries of war. Who ever is reaching out for this higher peace and I say that as a born again Christian - even the ones who aren’t Christians- let’s stay together and let love reign. For we know in our hearts where the true peace comes from. True peace is higher. In the name of the peacemaker Jesus Christ.

    I’m voting for freedom. God gives us free will & I believe our policies should reflect Free Will. Taking away someone’s choice through policy is morally wrong. God doesn’t take away our choice to believe in him to believe in Jesus Christ, why should we take someone else’s choice ?

    What are your thoughts on Project 2025? Is that when Romans 8:28 comes in for us believers? As we vote morality? And after googling for there policies, you have to be careful where you get the information because different sites are in favor of one over the other.

    as a believer and follower of Jesus, I am voting on policies and standards they are wanting to enforce. Against abortion, against lawlessness, against laziness,
    Voting Trump!

    God gave people the right to choose to do good or evil. Government should not be legislating on morality. It is not the place of a government even though I disagree with abortion.,

    Thank you for reminding us of who it was that was threatening our jobs if we didn’t take a certain “solution”
    Thank you for reminding us on who accepts the opposite sex to use the same bathroom as our daughters and compete against them…
    Thank you for reminding us of who made a special appearance on a drag queen show.
    Thank you for reminding us that we are not simple minded individuals that will flock to a rapper that twerks on stage telling us who we need to vote for.
    Thank you for reminding us of who the majority of the A list celebrities support and any road those celebrities take… you must take the opposite road and not follow them.
    Thank you for reminding us of who aligns with Yah

      We definitely could do better. But one is an arrogant criminal and traitor who has never showed one bit of remorse. And his party could easily do better in taking a different representative.

    Good discourse, but how can you touch on all of those subjects and not talk about the reparation for the people who built this nation and continue to be attacked?. As we observe on a daily basis, an unfortunate incident occurred last night, resulting in the unjust loss of an innocent black man's life (Marcellous Williams). Notably, the prosecutors who were initially responsible for prosecuting this individual have since acknowledged their error in judgment. The case even reached the Supreme Court, and Justice Clarence Thomas did not grant a pardon along with three others who feel his way politically. Foundational Black Americans just need our owed reperations and an anti-black hate crime bill and after that.
    Leave us alone!
    Like you do others, America.

      Exactly. It sounds like they’re afraid to oppose some of their members . You(pastors)can’t BE on both sides. Yes we believe in God BUT we also have roles to play.

    • @ReallRemnant
      @ReallRemnant 2 місяці тому +3

      @@aloziecnwachukwu1515I think what they are saying is we don’t chose a side. The problem with the country and where we are at is that there is even “a side” that needs to be chosen. They are saying we have to look at what God says, and holistically make a decision. Because unfortunately regardless of the two options right now, black and brown people and the problems we face I do not see changing with either of the options. It’s bigger than just who the president is it will take more than that for our people to seek true justice and true equality socially, and economically.

    • @ReallRemnant
      @ReallRemnant 2 місяці тому +1

      @@aloziecnwachukwu1515we need to look at policy what aligns with what God says the most, and make our decision based on that. As long as we are in a broken world, there will never be perfection in any of these presidents. The only perfect leader is Jesus and he isn’t on the ballot.

    • @aloziecnwachukwu1515
      @aloziecnwachukwu1515 2 місяці тому +3

      @@ReallRemnant I understand that BUT both parties have flaws. Biden is a Christian, Harris is a Christian, Trump we are NOT sure what he professes. Sometimes these Pastors and conservatives don’t regard many Democrats who profess Christ as their Savior as genuine Christians. But I understand what you’re saying. I’m a Christian too. Blessings
