      I agree. I, actually, think that all law enforcement officers and Government officials should be held to two levels higher for any offense they are found blatantly guilty of. Crazy thing is I really didn't know it was suspended because I had just moved to a different apt so the paperwork they sent saying if I didn't pay it would be suspended so I never got it even tho I did a change of address. Anyways since I never got it I never paid it or was even aware.To top it off they found a "weapon" in my that was a decorative claw I kept on my mantle but when I moved I had left in the trunk in a box & wrapped in bubble wrap I never took it out. I realize youre essentially a child, and burdened with a social and academic deficiency, but I wonder if youd break stride in your goose-stepping to learn that "Tisberger" is a Jewish surname from the Bienenmühle region in eastern Germany? You see, theres a cultural 'retardation', if you will, among many young 'Muricans. Youve forgotten that the only Native Americans are red, and that everyone in America except the Natives, came from somewhere else. Im equally sure that youre overweight, undereducated, fluoridated and overmedicated like the majority of your contemporaries, but the facts cannot be disputed that you cannot offer as little as one example of any verifiable correlation between the "3 branches of 'GOOVERNMENT' (sic)" and any Zionist Judaism. In fact, if questioned away from the Internet, you couldnt differentiate between a Zionist Jew and say, a Hassidic, or Ashkenazi Jew, could you? No, I didnt think so, in fact, you dont know what any of those words mean, theyre just buzzwords youve heard somewhere that you thought sounded intelligent, informed, or 'cool', didnt you? Without wasting the benefit of my education on you, a Zionist would have no desire to control your "GOOVERNMENT" or any other. Big Pharma already does, anyway.

If he says road he's perjuring himself because you can pull up old accidents he's worked on where the driver ended up on the sidewalk. If he says sidewalk you have him in the original lie.

      That on top of the lying is what was going through my mind...they seriously found her guilty based on literally nothing other than the cop's opinion and I find that to be extremely disturbing. I hope she realizes just how lucky she was to go in front of this particular judge because the vast majority of judges would've allowed this injustice to occur without raising a single objection or concern. That fuckin DA had my blood pressure thru the roof. I can't believe they have the nerve to try and appeal this. It's opening a can of worms they probably don't want to open. That cop could lose his job for lying on a sworn statement like he did and that dumb bitch kept going on and on about how it was just a mistake after the judge ordered him to be charged with contempt. Yeah, a "mistake" that could've cost that woman he arrested everything. It's crazy how the DA is so adamant that the woman be held accountable but then turns around and says that lying cop shouldn't. I guess that the DA is under the impression that cops and other employees related to the justice system should be held to different and more lenient standards than the citizens they're being paid to protect and serve. They forget that they work for the taxpayers, not the other way around. And now that judge is no longer hearing criminal court cases, they moved him to civil court after this so now there's one less judge that actually believes in upholding the law.

      And any people on the sidewalk should cross at a cross walk or else you can hit them. Ends up on the news for smacking 10 people in the roadway.

      Don't know what US law is but in the UK the only time a car can legally go on a footpath is when crossing it to enter a property, but even then pedestrians have right of way.

      Repeated tasering is nothing less than torture. One taser in this situation was all that was needed for those officers to enforce the law hands-on. Are they so lazy (or out of shape) they would rather see someone dead by excessive tasering, rather than to have to touch them?

    • @mikekoz68

      Grinning Bear But....being mistaken is not the same as lying. No doubt this guy is a liar but his statement is correct

    • @RaceFanDana
      @RaceFanDana 5 років тому +2

      @@vivians9392 Tasers are torture, period. Our "police" these days are armored, they carry tasers and use dogs. The tasers are just for cop fun so they can torture someone without having to kill him and do all the paperwork.
      But the cops use dogs too, and that makes the whole humane thing go out the window. Those police dogs tear people up. Nazis used dogs in the camps and at rail heads, etc.
