She was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian. She requested a breathalyzer, her BAC was 0.00%. Also, he's not blind (he walks with a cane), and he wasn't left crippled... He had a cut on the right side of his head and had some knee pain. DO NOT GET ME WRONG! She should have made a statement much, much sooner, but she didn't do/not do what you stated.
