The way they were desperately trying to think of ways to have charges on these people is scary he didn't even take the time to ask her one question all that sergeant did was drill her with his words and left. And shame on the EMS for listening to the police officer instead of making an evaluation for themselves.
It seems that they are trained to think that anyone who doesn't follow their orders is commiting obstruction. In the military, we call it not following unlawful orders. We are protected from doing so. It's sad when the dangerous idea of having military be police seems to be the better option (my one exception to this would be replacing SWAT with a specialy trained National Guard rate with a civilian who can give the oder to go in or retreat and nothing more removing civilians from the SWAT role).
That cop has been bullied a lot, surely. Man... I feel sorry for U.S citizens. This is happening on their tax dollars because there's someone somewhere who's making money off of their tax dollars from this happening. Surely, something's gotta give in that society. When these cops go to training for documentation written and verbal they really do lie to high heaven trying to cover their behinds. They keep saying they “were covered in blood” and “blood all over the place inside”. Then “she’s intoxicated” 🐂💩.
The EMT should've at the very least had the cops take her to the hospital. Brain swelling is lethal and they just ignored any potential. Really hope she got proper medical treatment.
@@mbryson2899 especially after they told the medic that she was unconscious. An EMT would never allow someone to walk away from an accident scene, so why take her word for it?
He openly said “if you don’t get in the car I’m going to slam you on the ground.” So obviously it wasn’t because she pulled away, he simply wanted to punish her with pain. Glad they showed up to protect her.
Being intoxicated explains WHY she might refuse EMS. Intoxication can numb the pain 😢. In order to protect her, they should have strongly encouraged her.
I can only imagine what he does to his wife or his girlfriend. Total coward. As a man how do you look at yourself in the mirror after tossing a woman around like that?
This officer should be in prison. He literally knocked her out cold, twice, by his reckless actions. She was speaking clearly at the first part of the encounter but after that her speech was slurred. That’s indicative of a head injury. Not surprised since the first time he caused her to go down she hit the concrete wall with her head. Then the second and third time hit the damn asphalt with her head. The asshole could have killed her. I have zero issues with them needing to investigate a domestic. I even understand why they could arrest them both for interfering in the investigation. But there is ZERO excuse for the way they handled it. I sincerely hope the woman sued the officer and the department. For him to cry racism is utterly ridiculous! I wished she had known that she didn’t have to answer the door.
That’s what everyone’s turning to these days. “Oh, I’m completely in the wrong? Ya if you take any punitive action against me that’s a racist hate crime!” What has the world come to these days
@@deluxquaterpound3951 Then let 'em share a bunk bed. But really, the problem is that area seems to have allowed the use of "significant force" for just resisting (11:18). They need to change that ASAP!!!
SHE WAS NOT INTOXICATED. SHE HAD A CONCUSSION....and needed medical attention. At this point, EMS is also part of the blame. It does not require 8 years of medical training to notice the results of being knocked out and slammed onto the hard concrete. At the very least, with her being under arrest, and the cop having witnessed her being passed out after the slams- waking with slurred speech, she should have been forced to receive medical attention. Besides, was she not already under arrest and in the care of the police department?
Willingly slam someone down on their face when their hands are restrained behind them so they can't catch themselves. Slamming someone's head on the pavement which is incredibly dangerous, and then shaking the person making their neck move when you possibly given them a neck injury and or head injury... Dude is a psychopath

She was resisting detainment and hindering their investigation. They had no idea who was the aggressor here, they were REQUIRED to complete an investigation. They had the legal right to detain BOTH until the investigation was complete. They are permitted to use the force necessary to control the situation.
@Thezuule1 its ridiculous. She was talking normal at first, and then after knocking her out a few times, he said her speech was slurring and she was drunk. Thats beyond fucked up.
My ex who was a cop used to call in welfare checks if I didn't answer his texts fast enough AFTER we'd already broken up. No, the lengths cops will go to maintain control is crazy. In fact, I was rather certain he was trying to set it up so if he murdered me the cops would write it off as a suicide. He used the whole dept to stalk me thus I can only assume he told everyone I was severely depressed. He then illegally pulled records of all my family and friends and showed up at my new bfs house even though I'd left my car and phone at home. He then proceeded to say in his best cop voice that we were dating and I was cheating on him. No, thank God my bf decided to believe me and owned his own business and wasn't the kind of guy cops liked fucking with. If not, I fear the guy would have kept harassing me forever. No, the bastard freely admit to cheating on me and being in another relationship when we broke up ten times and yet, he couldn't handle the idea of me moving on. No, I distrust cops and have spent my time learning the law for a very good reason. Police culture is terrible and far too many of them only want the job so they can violate the law.
“Get in the car or I’m going to slam you on the ground again.” This is a man in a position of authority threatening to physically abuse a woman if she doesn’t obey him. We’ve not learned much over the centuries.

"Your not allowed to beat each other up! Only the police are allowed to beat people up! I'm going to demonstrate on this small woman." -DEFENDANT Roger Williams
Maybe. ‘Attempted murder’ is a bit of a stretch. Looks more, to me, like he lost his temper and lashed out. No murderous intent, no premeditation. He did threaten her but I doubt his intention was to kill her. You’re being dramatic. Everybody loses their cool in these situations but really, the police should try to remain calm, considerate and empathetic. That slamming her into the road is a hard watch. Lose his job? Sure. Prison? I’m not so sure.
The cop who slammed the woman violently to the ground multiple times then tried to minimize her condition to the EMTs, trying to prevent them from examining her on the scene!
The EMT's failed her, they didn't do their job. I've seen this many times they joke around with the police officers about how someone is drunk or blah blah blah, and what the cops think their condition is and the emt's joke back and then they just leave. Sometimes making sure they get a few licks in themselves verbally.
Another great example of why getting the authorities involved almost always make a situation worse. Good work out there boys. Your definitley making abused women feel like they have safe options 👏👏👏
For some reason, the victim didn't cooperate with the "investigation".. could it be she feared police retaliation if she told the truth? Refusing to testify against oneself and refusing entry into her house got her tortured and damn near killed. What would testifying against the Blue Mafia get her? A guaranteed death sentence?
'obstructing' and 'resisting' are charges that should never be allowed to stand on their own. those crimes are impossible to commit when cops are not present, after all.
The way that poor lady was knocked out and her guttural gurgling whilst they stood there looking at her telling her to get up was utterly appalling. She should sue that police department. It made me sick to my stomach 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@Dinatale456 imagine calling 911 for help and being someone getting assaulted by your partner while the cops show up to check on everyone and you can't get help because your partner was allowed to keep the door shut and tell them to go away. That's why cops are allowed to make contact with everyone in the house without a warrant. They can enter if they can't verify everyone's ok for this exact reason.
@@Dinatale456 I agree, *usually* that's even better. However in this case, the police were fully aware that he was inside, because she had admitted that, and with blood being present on her hands/dress, him not speaking at all would give the police grounds to suspect he was seriously hurt to the point of being unconscious or physically unable to speak (perhaps even restrained). Clearly and calmly speaking to them throws out the legal basis for those grounds, and for any further action (such as breaking down the door).

@@johncataldo5529 Even if the police had an arrest warrant that doesn't give the police the right to enter your house unless the arrestee is seen in the house or was seen entering the house. Exigent circumstances would also allow them to enter without a warrant. An example of those would be to insure the safety of others and the police, or to prevent the destruction of evidence. Neither of those examples were present in this case. The police would have to state the fact they have a warrant and they must present it to the homeowner or arrestee. Police are trained to use certain words. In this case NEED was used which sounds like a command but it certainly is NOT a command or a lawful order. The call to 911, the blood on her hands, and the fact that she stayed isolated from the dude could give a court cause to grant a warrant to make sure no one is in danger. he should be in jail. People die from falls like this. And he chose to punish a woman who cannot help herself against falls like this which he purposely pushed her into multiple times.
It also looked like when he took her down the first time at the house, her head hit the wall. The other two take downs on the ground, she def seemed to have a concussion and was passed out. Three hits to the head and he didn't call ems until after the third time when she was very clearly knocked out (I believe she may have been knocked out briefly after the first take down by the car based on the way she was talking). It's aggravated battery, kidnapping, and false imprisonment. It should be a guilty verdict and a sentence of 15-20 years in prison with NO early release.
Officer Williams "dropping" Mrs Beam on her face, and slamming her to the ground repeatedly while handcuffed should be jailed under felony attempted murder charges. That "snoring" sound is agonal breathing. Aka the body fighting to survive. Then the officer rendered ZERO aid. So attempted murder charges should have been filed. Just being fired isn't enough. So the police arrested Mr. Preist because he didn't help them violate his 4th Amendment. Also, common sense would be at a domestic incident where the party's have separated, the officers should continue to de-escalate. All Officers failed this training and lack common sense

Nah, this officer's power trip could have actually killed her. He needs to be charged!
What is a bad cop to the Government? A broken tool or a rabid dog?
9:30 When the cop throws her down on the ground while she's handcuffed, then says, "Get up." Pure evil.
$250,000.00 was not enough for a lifetime of medical care.
Head trauma has long term consequences that will not show immediately. It’s sad.
GUESS WHO PAYS FOR IT , WELL THE MONEY COMES FROM THE TAX PAYERS NOT THOSE FREAKY COPS . THEY PROBABLY WILL NOT FEEL ANY QUILT UNTILL THEY HAVE TO FACE THE LORD WHEN THE TIME COMES AND IT WILL COME 😢
especially since sitting in the waiting room is somehow $7000 worth of 'care'
@@michaelwalters7513 The voters ALLOW this. They should pay. If you don't like it vote for people who will supervise the police.
I have seen people get a lot more for a lot less. I'm sure she's going to have PTSD and the next time she runs into an officer and she doesn't want anything to do with them she'll get in trouble again for obstruction.
Wow. He slams her into the concrete TWICE knocking her out at least once, and he gets fired and that's it?!
Not to mention arresting her was pretty much kidnapping, she was within the bounds of her OWN HOME and the arrest was illegal.
I wouldn't call it being fired, just moved to a different department after he applies to by force. They never get truly punished, just temporarily inconvenienced. It's disgusting.
Yeah he should have faced criminal charges so that he could not just move to another area and be a cop there.
Gotta keep a gun on you to defend yourself
@lishengshun2873 you missed the first time - he slams her head over the house wall.
He will be reinstated at another precinct they're called gypsy cops No consequences whatsoever they know this
Police should not be allowed to mute their recordings so they can get their stories straight.
Would be awesome if Anonymous created a software update for bodycams that rendered the Mute button useless. Like it would look muted but in reality was still recording all the audio.
It's trained in law enforcement to separate suspects when you interrogate them so they can't line up their stories.. so the fact they huddle up and mute is basically openly admitting conspiracy.
That's just our double standard world, it's criminal behavior until you have a badge on
After the cop slams her the the ground she started sluring her words,
Bro literally slammed her on the ground unconscious then claimed she was intoxicated. Holy fuck.
Jarring. Each of us get to carry around a little piece of the trauma that was inflicted on that poor girl that day, forever. holy Fuck, indeed.
Even if she was, being drunk at home is not a crime
Officers talking about the woman they almost killed... "she fell down."
That is the Blue line dialect. Especially when they are wearing bodycams.
She ax resisting.
They got a call that there might have been a woman being abused, and when they got there the woman seemed okay, so they couldn't just leave her UNabused now could they?
@lorehammer40k4 yeah that's what I'm saying lmao 🤣
Also while she is still half unconscious he said she was intoxicated to cover up what he did to her.
JFC She sounded like she had a concussion after she was thrown to the ground the first time, and then he did it again even harder. That man should never be in a position where he has the authority to touch another person.
Go back and watch... as soon as the cuffs were on, he shoved her into the house and looked like she hit her head then another 3times at the car before she went completely out
Then he tries to weasel out and say she was drunk. SMH
Did anyone else hear the cop say he busted a window so that’s criminal trespassing
he should be in jail.
Do you happen to know if she was tested for alcohol? Seemed to be an excuse to justify bad and/or behavior. Glad that cop was fired.
There is no reason to slam a 100 bound women to the ground that cop belongs in jail
He lied to the neighbors claiming that she was intoxicated (likely trying to explain away her slurred speech after her HEAD INJURY that HE INFLICTED).
That’s just vile and slanderous.
This cop needs to be charged with battery, illegal arrest, attempted homicide, and/or more,
AND must serve at least 18 months in prison. He does NOT have authority to do ANYTHING
that he did here. He's a psychopath.
Also.. what psycho abusers hired him? What psycho abusers "trained" him and "supervised " him?
@wingatebarraclough3553 all of them are psychos, trained by psychos.
All Officers failed this training and lack common sense
i heard the agonal breathing too. he was also holding her up by her arms behind her back and throwing her limp head back and forth while she was struggling to breathe. it's like his goal was to make a quadriplegic.
You are absolutely correct.
No Cops have Common Sense & NEVER Deescalate Always quick to Violence because they are Narcissistic Physcho-Paths!
That was difficult to watch, I couldn't even turn my head to escape the disturbing scenes I was witnessing - I also know that sound. She needed to be placed in the recovery position, not jerked around by her assailant. I know why people unalive police from time to time. I normally wouldn't condone violence against them in retaliation, but she was just a wee little woman. Holy feck what heros are in law enforcement...
Training? Do you really believe there was actually any training of these animals? If there was, they must’ve passed!!! This is so terrifying. It could happen to anyone.
Never ever open the door for Police. They confirmed the people had an argument, Police should’ve left.
Imagine having the balls to sue your employer for "discrimination" *after they fired you for assaulting a woman on camera...*
He's been told he's a victim his whole life and believes he's entitled to act anyway he pleases.

I don’t know the law very well but I don’t think it’s inherently considered wrong, only when done maliciously through excessive force. Which understandably is exactly what happened here.
@@KittyCat3429 Yeah what he did was malicious. He aided in the fall and he even threatened to do it.

As well as KNOWINGLY dangerous. Should be charged with attempted murder…
It’s excessive force after the fact of her being detained.
She's intoxicated because the cop caused her severe head trauma twice!!! to a tiny woman who was at home arguing with her partner and there was broken glass!! Rather than conduct a risk assessment and leave them alone, the lazy, ignorant cops go to the thing that gives them OVERTIME and HAZARD pay, an arrest.
Three times she was also hit against the wall of the house.
She wasn't slurring when she answered the door. At all.

Twice she hit her head very hard and they just pick her up like nothing happened. All those cops need to be charged.
Those POS cops…. Said she was intoxicated….. When dude slammed her on the ground you could hear her snoring. She wasn’t intoxicated, at minimum she was concussed
She was babbling incoherently. That’s a traumatic brain injury.
She disobeyed so many lawful orders nonstop, I think she disobeyed more lawful orders than George Floyd did.
I estimate about 50 lawful orders and attempts to lawfully detain her and put her in the car since she was out of control from the beginning.
What do you think would have happened had she simply complied with even one single thing they said?
Just one. Imagine...
And also, this is why you don't get so shit faced that you can't even interact in the world at a most basic level.
Had she been sober do you think this would have all happened? Would she have fallen like a ragdoll?
Use your brain for a second.
Yes because she was talking perfectly fine before she was slammed to the ground.
That "snoring" is called agonal breathing. It happens when the brain is re-booting after trauma.
The second the husband said he's ok, they should've left. The reason why they didn't was their inflated ego and nothing else.
absolutely!
he had intent to hurt her from the beginning when he threw her into the bush. and him acting innocent and blaming her when he knocked her out id disgusting. that guy should be in jail.
When in handcuffs , its his responsibility to bring safety.
Arrested at the least
How can a police officer do this to innocent people and not be held accountable for it? It’s absolutely sickening and this shouldn’t be allowed to happen anywhere in this country
Officer Williams filing a racial discrimination suit for being held accountable for his actions is so gross
Maybe, but it's smart, and it might even work. We are in a time where people would rather see a man KO a cuffed woman and get away with it, than be called racist. The cops had both the blue line protection, and the DEI protection
its obvious he tries to play the victim here
It's smart and it might work.
He is protected in multiple ways
He could sue the city for hiring him when they should have known that he was not a good person or cop.
Actually very common for THOSE kind
Revoke certification for all officers in the scene.
Officer who handled the lady needs to go to prison.
They have no idea what the law is.
And there are people that blindly support these animals. Instead of arresting the woman beating cop, he gets fired?.. these criminal cops will continue doing this because they face no accountability.
We can all agree blind support of literally anything is bad. The word “blind” is the problem there, not the occupation of police officer.
