@@Spagz I honestly don’t know what a Gruv-X is, but I put some reverb on my snare which is a Mapex Steel Hammered Drum and the cross stick sound on it is awesome. I like getting that sound out of steel snare drums.
@chrisbates3117 oh ok cool! Sounded great. The Gruv-X is a piece of wood that volts to two of the snare tension rods and sits up higher than the rim. Gives a nice sound. It can be wood or bronze I believe.
