The best thing about these Korean vids is that there is no extra sound or music etc they are just so calming.
Sometimes I have to stop watching a recording, because, the soundtrack has stuffed it up to the point , where I won’t even switch the sound off.

Looks so yummy! It’s actually a very common Chinese home-cooked meal
it's actually a very common low-cost and nutritious home cook dish in many Chinese families.
If I added that much oil to the dish for my Chinese parents they would beat me to death thinking I'm trying to kill them with sheer heart attack
@@LunarisDream perfect idea to get your parent's inheritance faster
Tomato egg is a Cantonese Chinese classic, I've been eating it for going on 6 decades
yes you r right that is chinese food
@@selbstbildnis1493 I won't say it's Chinese food but very common in Chinese family as u know many cultures might have crossbred each other in a few ways over centuries and tomatoes ain't native to Asia to begin with.
I eat this almost every dinner when my mom feel lazy to cook, why tf its so expensive there 😂😂 come to malaysia i cook it for free

I love tomatoes and egg, I'm going to try this thank you.
I am so satisfied after seeing those big red tomatoes cut into pieces and mainly the cutting sound..........so satisfying.....
Thank you very much. This is very uplifting. I love the way you just present the whole process without editing out the repeated movements and not inserting any music and/or effects. It gives a mundane and cozy feeling watching the skilled hands and hearing to the real sound
좋은 영상 감사합니당 😆
Looks delicious 😍😍... feeling very hungry 😋😋😋
This is really common in my country to the Middle East we always like to put them things in eggs especially tomatoes 🍅 soo good

Me: 😮 did he really whip those eggs so hard they looked like they solidifying???
We W ears u
Because he added it back to the wok after he made the tomato sauce.
I would not want to eat a soggy egg in any sauce. 🤮🤮🤢🤢 That's why it needed to be cooked like that the first time.

Would be nice to have an ingredient list, even without quantities. I've got no clue what the clear liquid and the cloudy liquid were. Was that garlic powder?
The "powders" Are obviously Salt, maybe sugar, maybe MSG, the Yellowy brownish could be Stock powder, and the wet ingredients that he used are more oil and a mixture of starch with water.
@@Imblu95 obviously, maybe, could be... You are just rude. Ingredients are the most important things in a recipe. Salt and sugar are opposites, not maybe but definitely .
That looks Amazing
This reminds me of the Korean drama series Wok of Love! It’s so calming to watch this chef. Thank you! I wish I knew the ingredients!
Just look in a chinese drama name: dine with love
I’m Filipino and we often eat this for breakfast xD but sometimes lunch or dinner if we’re lazy to cook. The only difference between how my family cooks it with this version is we add all the ingredients into the egg (after beating it) and cook it all at the same time!
Hola parece delicioso. Sabes em ingrediente verde que es? Parece cebolhita😬

That's too expensive for just egg and tomato 😭
Yup , but u can make it by yourself and eat with rice
@@NhatNguyen-os2ry do you have idea what are those seasonings?
You're paying the cook and the restaurant's rent, not just for eggs and tomato.
@@kingmeruem1 its just egg and tomato, you can never really go wrong. just use salt and pepper if you dont have another spices/seasoning, and ketchup of course.
But if you want to make it really tasty , use shallot and garlic, you can add chilli (bird eye chilli) if you like.
Or you just use the seasoning packet from instant noodle, that should do it
egg tomato and oil u mean lol

Yes, ingredients would be nice
i know it's been a while since you asked, but my best guess based on other recipes i know are that the first liquid is rice water, the powders are chicken stock, sugar, salt, and msg, and the liquid at the end is some kind of cooking wine (probably mirin in korea). the tomatoes, eggs, and chopped green onion are pretty obvious, but i think the long green leaves added at about 4 mins are likely buchu/asian chives, though scallion greens would work fine.
Those tomatoes look so beautifullll
