I’ve always loved “Tickle Me”, always lots of fun and that Jocelyn Lane, ugh, don’t get me started. 😅 King Creole Follow That Dream Roustabout All great Elvis films and soundtracks. Thanks 😊
Again great video and I totally agree with your reviews! I'm an Elvis fan ever since I was 9 years old. But I wasn't to familiar with his movies, to be honest. So recently I decided to go and watch all of them together with my wife on lazy Sunday afternoons... and although not all of them are as good as the other... ahum. I enjoyed all of them, just because of the guilty pleasure feeling they gave me. Basically they are feel good movies and amazing time capsules of times long gone. Personal favorite of mine has to be Follow that Dream. Thanks to the video's of SpaGuy (I think you know him 😉) I was able to see all the film locations then and now. Really amazing.
My top 3 probably change depending on my mood. Except my #1 which is always King Creole. I love all the ones y’all mentioned… as I’ve told you before I can find something redeeming in every Elvis movie. My top 3 today - if I were going to pick to watch… 3. The Trouble with Girls 2. Wild in the Country 1. King Creole
One of my favourite Elvis subjects!!! Great fun video and I agree with a lot of what you said especially the great performance Elvis gave in Follow That Dream. I’m hoping to also visit that area from Roustabout on my trip to the US next year which will be fantastic. Keep up the great videos Rick!
We all agree that JHR is a classic. We mentioned briefly the four 50’s movies. The beauty of what we did was only picking a few films, so something had to get cut! That’s what made it difficult.

You're on a roll with these invading Aussies. Hopefully next October, and I'll bring an Elvis in the 70s for you!
Great album, we spoke to RIck about it during the weekend while speaking all things, Elvis.
Looking forward to it! I’ll be here!
Surprised no Mention of Jailhouse Rock , or Kid Galahad .
