@BL2L I had to RMA mine. Razer asked me to me to make a video showing the issue so that's why I made this video. They accepted the return without any issues though, so that was nice at least
Nope but they did give me a brand new one for free, I just had to send the broken one back in and they inspected it and determined it wasnt my fault. And they gave me a black one so that was really cool
try the force reset button at the back

I bought one and the L1 button made spring button then got replacement same thing again
