Try a typhoon cold air intake with a k&n filter, made the supercharger whine a lot more with mine and can hear it over the exhaust, nice vid dude

Not really .. his car sounds really good actually and you can even hear the whine from the supercharger
does your ZZP cat back have the resonator option? I just ordered mine and have a similar setup except I have 42lb injectors, 3 in pulley, dyno tune and a catted dp.
+mattthew2020 It does have a resonator. Yours should sound pretty good!
+Eric Kincaid it sounds nice but now with the more quiet muffler I can hear a leak from the header DP vclamp lol.

So which parts on the zap website would I need? I have a g5 gt btw
any power gain from the headers? the pcm is deffinitly more responsive to throttle but I feel like hit a dip in power when going into next gear. wonder if better flowing headers will fix?
Is that the 3-chambered muffler? Not the old Magnaflow they used to put on, but their actual in-house chambered muffler?
It is their in-house muffler. Ordered in 2015.
Eric Kincaid Thanks for the info. Seems all cobalts have some rasp in the high end, but this one seems to be the deepest. Sounds great.
Where did you get the 2.5 in exghaust, all I see on zzp's site is 3in. Also did you get the resonator with the muffler? Or just the muffler?
Got it from ZZP, can’t imagine it’s not still an option. Full catback with resonator.
how much of a difference did you feel with your pcm upgrade? just curious sounds good btw
It's a little more responsive but thats about it. The most "power" difference you will feel is if you increase the limiter in which case allows you to whined out the gear and make some noise!
Sounds like you need a custom tune Eric. A tune on these cars should be anything but "a little more responsive".
I have an supercharged version I have long header and down pipe but I am not sure which cat should I go with 2.5in or 3in let me know if you know the different
Unless you are TVS or turbo swapped a 2.5" will be just fine.
Did u notice a difference with these mods and the zzp 1.0 tune? Was it worth it? Been thinking about it not sure if it would be worth it
I did notice a difference. The ZZP tune is well worth it for the cost. The car is now Stage 3 on E85 with ZZP's tune as well. Runs great!
How do the coil overs ride, I’m in need of new suspension and am a broke college student😂
They ride well if not slammed. They're bouncy in the rear if you take them all the way down. If you don't do that, they ride better than stock. I autocross this car now and they work very well!
Soo when can I take you to gapplebees in my cobalt haha
What intake did you go with?
