    Why not just use the triceps bar? It would be way less awkward

    This is a " Knuckle Head Move " and should be prefaced by a disclaimer " Do not copy this nonsense at home " this is beyond ridiculous _ he should of turned over and did _push-ups _ in this position he gains nothing only discomfort lying on a hard floor _ no gloves to support his hands_ this does nothing for his Chest _ when he lowers the " Trap bar " don't miss!

      Floor Press is actually a great horizontal variation for overload work, and the neutral grip can be helpful for trainees who are rehabbing their shoulders. You should watch who you call a knucklehead when you've uploaded videos of doing half-ROM presses in a smith machine and recommend wearing gloves...
