Thx for your support Kev! I've been binging on your videos here for the last couple weeks on a new PT on-site Desktop Support contract gig to get caught up on relevant Microsoft tech topics even though I've been in the IT field for over 20 yrs. I'm NEW to Help Desk myself as I've mainly working in the field and consulting roles before.
Does this exchange admin center work along side Azure Active Directory or are both stand alone cloud services? What I am trying to understand is how the mailboxes are created. I remember using exchange 2016 on Windows Server 2016 with AD and when i created a mailbox account, the users appeared because they were sync to AD. In this example, you created a domain meaning that this exchange is not working along side AD right? Does this mean that Active Directory and Exchange are no longer sync together?
How do you establish a shared Microsoft mailbox centrally, allowing users to have individual email versions. So that any change made by a user like deleting or archiving does not impact the original email but only their version of the email gets altered?
@@KevtechITSupport oh I see. Thanks for confirming. Someone that has google mentioned that they can do something like that so I wanted to find out if it is something I can do with Microsoft as well
Hi Kevin, both user has helpdesk, user and authentication administrator roles assigned and one user is not able to see the option of add a shared mailbox and one can. What could be the issue here? I have tried assigning same roles to one user and 'add shared mailbox' option is missing for new user too in Admin center. Could you please help me with this?

Dear Kevin.. i wany to unsubscribe theoffice 365 E3 trial license.because i cant able to access the admin portal due to issue with Microsoft authenticator app in my mobile. Kindly help me to sort out this issue..
If you have office 365 developer program that has admin rights than you will see domain center. If you have something else. Depending on the license you brought from Microsoft. You won't see what I have.
I got hired for a short 2 month position to help with an Azure Migration from Azure Cloud to Azure GCC High. I really don't know how to prepare for this. I've just been familiarizing myself with all Microsoft 365 products and the admin center features. Do you have an recommendations for what to learn for this migration?

Exchange server is different from this. Two different things.

You can't do that. If it's a shared mailbox. Any changes made on a shared mailbox affects everyone.

what if you have multiple domains in admin center and wants to give exchange administration to a user fo a specific domain only?
That depends on the company. Some companies use security groups for this.
Please post the concluding part
I have a lot of videos on office 365. Please watch my other videos

Please help me out there is no admin feature on my Microsoft 365 app, what should I do, how will I resolve it
you have no permissions and limited access. That's why you don't see it.
Thanks Sharing
I have created my microsoft account and everything but I dont see the admin center on the left corner menu
what should I do?

Okay so we need to buy a licence before we can have access to the admin center
Yeah. They removed office 365 developer program. So dumb...

Look at the job description and talk to someone who works in cloud. I don't really touch that.
