February 29th, I came home from work to find my father's lifeless body in his bed after seeing him that afternoon. This past three weeks have been a very rocky process of grieving, and I find myself here to one of my dad's favorite songs. Didn't say it enough, but I love you Dad. Tomorrow I'm off to spread your ashes exactly where you wanted them. It's the least I can do for all you did for me.

This was a very special song to me and my girlfriend before I left for the military in 1983. It took a year to get back together, and got married a year after that. 37 years married now, and the song brings back many fond memories of our early days.

My dad died last week and it hit me that THIS would be his song if I had to choose one. We finally said sorry and he made it up in the end. Also, my sister made her peace with him before he went. А политики и специальные службы стран ещё соблюдали какие-то законы и приличия. А ещё у людей была совесть и стыд. И люди ещё могли краснеть от стыда, если обнажались. В том мире ещё был Бог. В нашем мире сердца и души очень многих людей проглотил дьявол.
Но чтобы вернуться в то время, нужно прийти в православный христианский храм. И тогда в Вашем сердце, может быть, вновь поселиться Бог Иисус Христос. И Великая Любовь, Тишина и Счастье вновь наполнят Ваше измученное одиночеством сердце.

Wow this song finds a way to really break into the innermost part of the soul. The singer just said he couldn’t stay away from the one he loves and I can relate to it. It just had my eyes water the 1st time I heard it cause I was away in TX to visit my mom and I left my dad alone 4 a while. And it tore my soul to bits
