Nabitin sa Ube Fiesta, gawa ng sarili or homemade #ubehalaya, very simple!
Ingredients
454 gram purple Yam (ube)
454 gram Taro Root (gabi)
1 can (287 gram) sweetened condense milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavor (optional)
2 tsp ubeness purple color (optional)
2 Tbsp. Butter
Cook together the purple yam chunks and taro for about 20 minutes or until soft and then mashed... add condense milk, butter and salt and cooked slowly and stir until it reached the thick consistency... Transfer in a bowl and cool down, refrigerate or chill before serving
