    Amazing job, you included the difficult process of removing plastic parts, where to lift and where to pull. You also explained small
    but important little differences in bolts sizes, collared screws etc. and exactly where they go. I do all my own work but often wasn't sure which screw or bolt went where, this guy makes it all very clear. Wonderful job, I definitely following this chap, he is great!

    Excellent video, really helpful and very well explained, especially the way you show details of clips and pegs and explain which way they need to be manipulated. I'm thinking of fitting some "highway" pegs to my Swing, I saw someone on a forum who had fitted a pair and they look like they would be really useful/comfortable. They were bolted to the frame I think, right forward and down slightly from the footrest mat area. Two large circular holes drilled in the panel to accommodate them. Any chance you could have a look at that lower panel area sometime? I thought when you popped the mat up and removed the screws that the lower panel would also be released but it didn't seem to come away with the upper fairing cone? Thanks again for your work.

    I need to replace the fuel tank on my 2006 Silverwing. It sat for five years in the previous owners garage next to the ocean, and since I brought it home a month ago, two 1/4” holes have opened up in the bottom of the tank.
    I can’t figure out how to get to the top but above the fuel cap area to remove the tank.
    Any pointers or help would be immensely appreciated!

    • @MaxiScooterGuy
      @MaxiScooterGuy  5 років тому +2

      🤔 the dreaded trunk light has left countless S'wing owners stranded with dead batteries when they forgot to TOTALLY closed their seat properly. No there's no on/off switch, however I've heard that removing the bulb can stop the parasitic draw, therefore stopping the battery from being completely drained dead.
      Make sure your seat is completely shut before leaving it, that way it won't drain your battery.
      Good Luck.

      😀If I understood correctly you're asking for instructions on how to reassemble the front fairing 🤔 Do the steps in the video in reverse order and your should be good 👍
