Very interesting! They would have been hammered pretty bad by the agency during certification (EPA/CARB) if their misfire detection algorithms were that bad. Bosch would also be left red faced in this situation.
So I have same engine so what's the order of cylinders than? And I have a question for the intake flapper drive unit mine doesn't have connector connected to it? I can't find that wire connector anywhere!! To plug it in Lol.. cuz I'm having misfiring issues I replaced all coils and spurkplugs Codes I have: P0171, P0174, P0304, P12A2, P0300, P0303 and mass air flow sensor Plz help thank you.
So how did you fix the misfire?

Question, i have VCDS and it shows misfire injector 1, which injector is that?
Thanks
That isn't really a code. Maybe you have a misfire and an injector code. Regardless, number one cylinder is the one that is closest to the radiator.
Ok, so is it safe to say that if i am getting a injection 1 misfire that it would be to top fuel line injector and next to coil one at the radiator!?
@@urighht yes.
@@jsportjake But did you not say that 5 was closest to the radiator?
What solved the misfire problem?
#6 coil was bad. But the ECU kept saying it was a #2 missfire.
