Due to the lack of insurance (because no insurance company will cover that for road driving) and illegally driving the bike, that guy would be personally liable for any and all damages and injuries, no matter if he would be found at fault or not.

@@aaronthomas6155 I recommend the BlackVue 900X. It has a forward and rear facing camera setup. Pair it with a backup battery and you are even covered when you are parked.
They got used to getting it and using intimidation potentially when they didn't so the double whammy really fries their brains.
I literally haven't honked my horn in traffic in like 15 years. I can't believe that for some people, that is their first instinct - hit the horn. Is it really worth it to try to not let people merge? I mean, even if they aren't "entitled" to merge, is it worth it to not let them or try to prevent them? Just let them merge and be on your way. JFC.

I don’t know if you saw the car stop in left lane at the green light and then put on their turn signal as I drove around them. While I looked to make sure there were no vehicles on my right the light turned yellow. I’m in a sierra 3500 hauling a trailer for work. Sure I could’ve slammed my brakes at a yellow light. That would’ve just turned that color as I went through if I didn’t have to slow down and move over. Side note I drive this road everyday and that light has about 3 seconds in between changes.
Plus I was across the line by the time it turned red.

I was looking to make sure traffic was clear to my right so I could go around the vehicle that had just come to a complete stop in the left lane. I had a loaded trailer and couldn’ve have stopped at that yellow light, but if you watch the video again you can see I was across the line and into the intersection as the light turned red. Also welcome to philly my friend.

ignore the fact that there was a car in his Lane that was not moving. That has nothing to do with this. The light was green the light turned yellow the light turned red he then entered to the intersection. There was no place there for that he had passed the point of no return when it turned yellow. He should have either been able to make it through while it was still yellow or he should have stopped before it turned red

@@damedollas21 Different states, different laws. Some states, you have to clear the intersection before the light turns red. Some states, you simply have to enter the intersection before the light turns red.
In PA, if you’re in the intersection before it hits red, it’s not technically running it. Most states have that law.

Within Philly, all residents drive like that. Passing in the turn lanes, don't stop, running down pedestrians.
We saw the red light run on 14.3, then in 14.5 he honks at the stop. Both seemed to arrive at the same time so no reason to honk, just go on your way. No time lost.

I know, crying shame he had no rear cam. At first I thought, "what did he do" until the caption said he got busted for a shoulder pass.
It kills me at how many of these dash cammers think that speeding up to someone trying to turn out of a parking lot, onto the main road, is the other person's fault. There has to be some consideration for the speed that YOU were driving at. It's similar to a motorcyclist having the legal authority to split lanes but does it at an ungodly speed and is upset when someone changing lanes doesn't see them coming up from behind. I'm an extreme advocate for dash cams but just because you use one doesn't mean you have immunity from being a defensive driver.

I didn't see any road rage with the motorcycle. I saw an idiot on a bike riding recklessly. The person in the car did not "almost rear-end" the bike. He simply honked at it a few times.
I seen the car pull out from parking without looking and almost hit the guy on a bike, speed was 0 at begining of the clip and he's turning out from behind the parked car.
You need to remember that dashcams make things look further away than they actually are. He did get dangerously close to the bike twice.

14.1 They were driving fine, and making sure the semi's didn't need to merge. 14.3 Crossed a solid white so you could run the red light. 14.5 Rolled the stop sign, never stopped. 14.6 Rolled another 4 way. Granted you were right in most situations but weren't without fault too.
They dropped 15-20 mph and crossed into the lane on the right and the semis have their own lane. There is no merge there.
The light was yellow when entered the intersection so other comments for context.
I stopped at both those stop signs. If you don’t consider 1-2 mph stopping when your the first one to the line then that’s ok and why you don’t drive in this city. Both those guys blew the stop signs.

Just glad I retired young and don't have to deal with the people on the road these days. It is crazy and I run into this a fair amount still but fortunately no work stress and I just take one deep breath, smile and laugh :) Not sure of your age, but think if that was your grandma or grampa. I love dirt bikes. I have one. It's tagged and insured and if I do something stupid and damage your vehicle I have insurance. I also don't ride it through neighborhoods. It's for Forest roads up in the mountains. That guy riding an unregistered uninsured dirt bike with no safety gear and no road manners needs to be arrested. Even if it is Arizona.
Even in Arizona, dirt bikes have to have an OHV tag. OHV tags still require the bike to have lights and mirrors.Even that dirt bike cannot be legally registered for an OHV tag. That bike is only allowed to operate on tracks.

Actually, he was stopping at a green because he wanted to make the right as is evidenced by his wheels crossing over in the camer’s lane. Camer entered the intersection on a yellow and so in my state he was totally legal.

On the other hand, the guy in the left lane was definitely slowing down as he was probably lost and decided to make an illegal right. The honk was to warn the guy not to turn into him.

I had to also brake significantly from my original speed where I would’ve easily made that light when it had just turned yellow. Probably would’ve ended up stopped in the crosswalk if I tried to come to a complete stop.

First clip… I’ve been riding motorcycles for 30 years in the Phoenix area. You DO NOT road rage people in cars. You are the weakest link. A car can run you over like an elephant squishing an ant. You have no idea the mentality of the person you’re raging against. You’re betting your life that they care about it.

@@canadiangold9584 If you're driving at the appropriate speed for the road conditions and at an appropriate distance from the person in front, you should never have to hit the car in front. If you have to swerve out of the way because you couldn't stop in time, you were too close or too fast.
In most cases that's true - but you complained that he ran a red light - I'm saying it was the lesser of two evils. He avoided an accident and I'm sure the guy that stopped on yellow appreciated it.@@feelsaxelman
