Note for CPU Cooler fans speed:
at 70°C they stay around 1150RPM

Nice on the improvements, shame on the ones that are slower. Have you tried your configuration with just 2x sticks of RAM in Dual Channel with XMP enabled ? I think you might get better results. 4 sticks were a total pain when I had a 5900X. (Currently I run 2x 32GB sticks on a 5800X3D and it's a great setup) - 2 sticks of fast DRAM are like a free overclock on Ryzen. I will be using only 2 sticks for my next build on Ryzen 9000 series. Well worth testing......
