Heres what the Air Force pararescuemen found when they found the crash site of Baron 52 about 2 days later
Three pilots were still strapped into their seats one pilot was found outside the plane. the rear door of the plane was missing and all of the parachutes were gone .There were 8 people on the plane and they only found 4 bodies
The other 4 obviously jumped out !!!!!!!!!!!
"The location of the wreckage was first discovered by U.S. Air Force search and rescue on 7 February 1973. The plane was determined to have crashed inverted, coming to rest upside down in the jungle; both wings had been sheared off. A team consisting of three pararescuemen and an intelligence expert were on the ground for approximately an hour and found three bodies in the charred wreckage, those of Spitz, Prim and Bollinger in the cockpit, still strapped in their seats. Outside of the wreckage, they found Lt. Bernhardt's body. In the rear of the plane they observed that the jump door had been removed (it was never located), the crew's safety belts were unbuckled, and all of the top secret sensitive equipment was missing as were the rear crew's parachutes
On 9 February 1973, Bernhardt's remains were recovered and positively identified four days later. On 22 February, the other seven men were declared killed in action despite no confirmation of the fates of the four members of the collection crew"

Why is there so much cover up when it comes to the Vietnam war?

    • @jonathanturbide2232
      @jonathanturbide2232 5 років тому +39

@@thegodfather1907 Good question. I think part of it is because the US shouldn't have been involved in the conflict in the first place, it's a very shameful part of US history from a political point of view and they most probably want to bury as much of it as possible. Also it was a dirty war, and there's no doubt the US used a few questionable tactics to try to get the upper hand on the Vietnam army, meaning stuff they don't want the people to know (which mean cover up). And of course the guys in power, like that devilish son of a gun LBJ and the old hawks around JFK before his murder, were no stranger to secret operations and to questionable tactics. But you're right, the amount of cover ups and secrecy related to Vietnam is scary, and no doubt that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

You've just got to love how someone can be sentenced to 15 years for fraud, then you have a guy who literally SHOOTS someone with the intent to kill, leaving them in critical condition, and he only has to serve 10. Tell me how that makes even a small bit of sense.

Paul Stamper was sentenced to 35 years but was released after only TEN?!? He's CLEARLY still paying somebody off down there in Kingfisher! That AIN'T Justice at all.
He should have gotten 10 years for every time he assaulted Theresa, 35 years for the attempted murders, and at LEAST 5 to 10 for the escape. Not to mention the embezzlement he was doing through his oil field equipment repair job.
    All runnier consecutively, not concurrently.
And then Internal Affairs needs to do some serious investigating of the Kingfisher area Justice Department lol there's some equally egregious corruption going on there, as well.

a couple caught my elderly father outside of a grocery store about 10 years ago and pulled the same scam on him. He didn't have any substantial cash or credit cards so they talked him into going back to his house, he let these strangers in where he handed over all of his jewelry and my mom's jewelry. Great list. I still have the 6 box sets released back in 2004 but let's be honest, only 4 of them are great (UFOs, Bizarre Murders, Legends, Ghosts). It's mind-boggling that they decided to release a set dedicated to Psychics and one about Miracles when they only released 1 set about murders. It's so ridiculous of them to produce only 1 set on crimes when it was the main subject matter of the show. I still don't understand why they made that stupid decision. I would have released these 6 sets:
      ✔ Bizarre Murders
      ✔ Unexplained deaths

In November of 1992, a joint task force excavated the Baron 52 crash site and recovered the partial remains of seven men. None of the remains could be positively identified, but the military and many of the family members of the missing men believe that they are their remains. In fact, Joseph Matejov's dog tags were recovered and identified. For unknown reasons, some of the families refused to have DNA testing done on the remains. In December of 1995, the remains of the Baron 52 crew were finally laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery.
Robert A. Cressman, the older brother of Sgt. Peter Cressman, further adds that his brother was positively identified by CILHI based on dental x-rays. The US Air Force provided those x-rays to his family which showed a full set of upper and lower teeth. However, Peter had several teeth knocked out prior to entry into the USAF which adds further doubt to the identification. To this day, the Cressmans and Matejovs are still searching for answers.

In the early 1990s DNA testing was still in its infancy. Replication testing of DNA didn't exist and was only developed after 2001.
I remember because it was a number of years after the attacks and their subsequent discovery until some of the smallest human remains from the World Trade Center could be tested to determine their identity.

That peace accord treaty should've been applied across the board but the Government knew that because how deep certain rates and ranks were able to go, they decided to pick and choose who goes home and who stays on continue that pointless mission. And in the end gambled with those men on board and paid with their lives.
So instead of trying to admit their mistakes, it would be better to know nothing about the crash or very little and simply say, 'We dont know' and point the finger anywhere elsewhere but themselves. So in the end time takes over and tries to forget the blame, mistakes, memories, and innocent lives, just 'sweep them under a rug and forget about it' so to speak and be long forgotten. But let me just say that some of us will never forget. And unfortunately, blunders like this happen all the time. It's a shame...

Frank Black It seems that Josephine White specifically targeted elderly immigrant types, as they are less likely to understand how the US Financial system and perhaps banking in general works over here.
Please remember that at the time this was going on, a lot of these elderly folks came from Communist countries, having minimal to next to no knowledge of how finances worked in America.
      It’s not entirely their fault...

So many cases where a violent offender or murderer is set free after such a short time serving in prison. It’s so backwards how someone can serve such a variation of time for different charges. Like my ex served a longer time in prison than this stamper guy for just pointing a gun at me but he never shot anyone. How is it ever ok for someone who has taken another persons life able to have their life back? I think if someone commits murder, they should always have life in prison unless it was some type of accident or self defense. That’s another thing. Someone can kill in self defense and get life but then someone else kills just out of rage or whatever and be released. I’m sure the next persons family who is assaulted or harmed by the violent offender will be angry about their loved ones life being spared if they had kept the person locked up. Just like someone having 12 DUIs and then finally killing an entire family in a crash and people are left wondering why that person was even able to be on the road anyway! I believe if the system were consistent like people always served life for murder no matter what. If the punishment always fit the crime and no one was ever released early, I bet people may think twice about what they are doing

The updates are usually about the person being caught, which is good, but then you see they got 35yrs in prison but released after 10. 🤷🏽‍♂️

The first story was probably the type of thing that inspired Rambo 2

I almost feel like Theresa should be charged for not telling her boyfriend how her ex was. I talked to a girl I almost dated once but didn't and 2 months later her ex shot and killed her new boyfriend who was about the same age and look as me. That could've been me in a body bag because she didn't mention it. And this guy was released after just ten years.

"Cancer in her stomach or something", well if that isn't a red flag I don't know what is?
