There was an interview that Mike did where he said playing it was something they were trying to do for some time/ or it had been in the setlist and it has always been very challenging. It must have been a buzz to do it with an actual Van Halen
The talent that wolf has is so very unreal. The talent apple doesn't fall from the tree. Eddie would be eternally proud of him. Thank you Wolf for blessing us with your gift of music.
I love that Bungle chose to cover this particular song. Its one of those songs that only Van Halen fans would know, as opposed to something off of their debut album or 1984.
Wolfie is looking trimmer then ever! Props to him for putting in the work to help assure him of a much healthier life! Great Job playing as well Wolfgang!
Good to see Wolf play another Van Halen tune. This was great to see. Here is Mr Bungles live studio version of this: ua-cam.com/video/L31yd2JMLSc/v-deo.htmlsi=TBu3oF0f-9113GHv
Wolfgang is the only one who could do his father justice. Sounds just like him. Joe satriani gonna try this summer. Hey may be Wolfgang might make an appearance. I doubt it But it would be nice to see. Sad to hear Alex sold his gear.
I know he’s not about this right now, but if he ever wanted to do a tribute tour, or one off concert, you could do much worse than have Mr. bungle as your band
While I LOVE ALL versions of Van Halen and LOVE Wolfgang and they CRUSHED it here, I am NOT a fan of musicians getting on stage looking like a beach bum. Wolfgang looks ridiculously disheveled and I wish he had a better look in clothing, style and hair. It's like he gives ZERO f*cks with how he looks and it shows. LOL
I'm probably one of the few people who absolutely agrees with you. Rockers in the 70's & 80's knew how to look (like rock stars). That was part of the aura of a live concert. I loved Eddie's early outfits. Or Jimmy Page. Or Steven Tyler/Joe Perry. Sadly that era is LONG GONE.
well negative nancy who knows how much time they had to put it together… dave cruised on it but didn’t play avh’s part to the T but it’s still awesome they played it! 👍🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Loss of Control definitely isn’t for amateurs! Props to everyone for crushing this!!!

A SUPER underrated favorite of mine -- Having Wolfgang with them makes it extra special.

hes average at best nothing like his father
You sound like you're living an average life right now at 720p.@@vincegedeon6583
Ok can your average player do half the solos on Mammoth 2? I don’t think so.
@@vincegedeon6583another envy human being. What a sad person
To be fair Wolfgang's solos aren't hard at all. But he's nowhere near an average player. The dude has some serious skills

Best VH cover song I have ever heard!
I wish I could like this video a million times
I've 999,999 to go🎸

Best thing that happened to me this year...seeing this video. Crazy!!
Never thought I would see Wolfie and Mike Patton on the same stage let alone the same sentence lol but hey 2020s are a strange time!
Thank you for sharing this jewel. Is it me or Wolfgang is looking healthier, I wish him only the very best
He looks like he may have shed some weight? Looks good, sounds great.
He's definitely dropped some LBS, he looks great!
The greatest VH cover ever done. It was so great, Wolfie gave her stamp of approval by playing on it!
Well done Wolfie. Great job.
Holy fuck! This is incredible.
Cool as hell - one of the craziest VH tracks ever!
So glad Wolfgang did this!!!

Wolfgang ATE… literally

That killed
If Eddie don’t get ya…. His son will…
Johnny Beane sent me
Looks like he dropped some weight
He probably was told in no uncertain terms to lose weight or get diabetes or something as devastating as well. 😷
Why do people video revord3in this Ridiculous portrait position...🤬👎
Seriously. LANDSCAPE PEOPLE. LANDSCAPE... GEEEZZZ 😎🤘
I know he’s not about this right now, but if he ever wanted to do a tribute tour, or one off concert, you could do much worse than have Mr. bungle as your band
That's not how you approach AVH's drumming ... it was a fast song but not metal.
Too many strings!! LOL
Nice job
