Ive had a few others too, Silvia s14, rx7, supra turbo, but by far the miata is my favorite. Its the easiest to work on and has been the most reliable, most fun to drive. Its a 1.8 now with an nb engine, i swapped in a 1.6 dashboard though because of weight/aesthetics.
NostalgiaHero Guess it just shows you don't need an expensive , powerful car to have fun ! Crazy enough I've been after an FC,FD,S13 and an 86 for a while now but the mx5 / roadster has always been the one in arms reach due to the price and the vast amount of support and mods their is for it

Since you've had experience with both the levin hatch and your miata (1.6?). Out of the two which would you say you prefer overall ?

Mx5 for sure. but ive an aw11 project car im working on as well, i also like the aw11 more than the ae86 as far as looks and handling are concerned
