    I’d love to know why Nathan didn’t live with his Mum & Step-Dad. Why did he have to live with his grandparents growing-up? I’m not surprised that he was jealous of Becky & her relationship with his mother…Becky lived with his Mum 24/7 & he didn’t.

    • @pnklady3788
      @pnklady3788 Рік тому +2

      I have always thought he had an incessant hatred for women in general, and he possibly treated his mother poorly, causing him to move in with his gran... why? Who knows? Where was his father? Was he or his mum abused by his father? Did that cause a distortion on how women should be treated by men? Or those in a less dominant position (him, as a child) are treated? However, I believe that is why he was brought up by his gran... that he was trouble at home. This then caused him to resent Becky who lived with HIS mum. He was very jealous of her, yet he was also attracted to young girls as they gave him the ability to dominate; something he couldn't do elsewhere, where he had been moved around at others' will. Younger girls meant HE was in control. Shauna was effectively groomed by him, after what sounds like a very troubled childhood also. I hope that young child of theirs is being taken care of. None of the above, in any way mitigates what either of them did. It does however demonstrate how personalities can develop in such situations. RIP Becky. I hope Darren, Angie and the rest of the family are doing ok.

    These 2 kind of remind me of Barry Watts and Valmae Beck in Queensland Australia in the late 1980’s. They kidnapped, gRaped and ended with a knife a 12 year old girl called Sian Kingi for his own sick amusement and just left her like garbage in the forest in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. Noosa is only a 20 min drive up the road from where I live and grew up. They weren’t related to her, they just drove around that day looking for a victim until they found Sian.
    People at my school knew her, one of them was her "boyfriend" like 12 year old kids into each other are "boyfriend" and "girlfriend". Nothing has sparked calls for the reintroduction of the death penalty like that crime committed by these 2 animals since what happened to Anita Cobby.
    The cops who investigated the case said that what was done to her was far too horrific to release the details of it and it scarred many of them for life, to this day all the public knows is she was S.A’d and ended with a knife.
    Not only did it cost an innocent, beautiful young girl her life and future it destroyed the innocence and the carefree freedom of an entire generation of kids who before that we were allowed to play around throughout the neighbourhood all by ourselves without supervision as long as we were home by 6pm for dinner.
    After that, we were terrified because we all heard about it and our parents never let us go too far by ourselves again. We learned of this with our own eyes and ears and it terrified all of us like nothing had before or has since. It would be an interesting case to cover.
