There are resins that need to be worked with after a while, 3-6 hours after mixing, to get this result. There are some that freeze quickly. I use a resin that takes a long time to dry.
That came out GREAT!!! I've recently started playing with this exact mold but cannot figure out how to buff out the hemisphere crease. Can you please help me with some insight??
First you need to sand the fold a little, then the whole ball can be smeared with a little epoxy. In my videos, I do this with alcohol ink, take it out of the mold, then smear it with resin, and after drying everything becomes perfectly transparent and even.
It looks very nice, but please wear the appropriate PPE for Resin! nitrile gloves, lab goggles and a respirator are needed! you dont want prolonged exposure to this stuff and the fumes are horrible for your lungs
I buy it at the factory in large volumes and it does not have a brand, I only know the abbreviation 825. By its properties, it is very liquid for large fillings. Therefore, if you want similar properties, then look for large fillings and more fluid in your country.
@@ARTtherapyEpoxyjust want to say, u handled this comment well 😅 I would have corrected them. 🤣 But you know how everyone thinks they know everything 🙄. Ty for not letting these ppl get to you and continuing to make videos for the rest of us! 🥰
I'm very intrigued. It appears that you made a spirit photo in an orb. Curious about what was happening in your life when you cast this piece. There's a strong feminine spirit who seems to be leading other spirits in a worshipful spell of some sort.
@@ARTtherapyEpoxy I can see what Kathy means by a spirit, the piece does have a very much ethereal spirit like quality to it. It's almost like you captured the image of a ghost in 3d. It's a very pretty piece and looks a lot better than I was imagining it would.
Beautiful in an organtic way. The glow in the dark figure almost looks human..Love the glow on the dark ball... ❤
Thank you very much for your comment, yes I also like the result. Mysterious and interesting ❤

I just love your work! I just wonder why I can't find a resin that is workable after 1 hour?

Maybe you could show us in a new video on how to sand it and then how to smear it with epoxy
Okay, I'll do it.

Thank you for your concern. I will pay more attention to my individual protective.
Can you tell me the brand of your resin

Wasn't mixed properly, you can tell by the streaks in the clear part
Thanks for your comments.
