I've had nothing for like two weeks, had 4 keys on each character do all four difficulties and haven't gotten an exotic since second week from the chest
It's not a guaranteed exotic each weekly reset it is a guaranteed exotic for the first time you do PoE on any of your characters the rest of the exotic drops are pure luck

Kaleb Burt the scout rifles only are acquired through bounties. the fallen weapons were confirmed to be in all the exotic drop loot tables from both raids and other endgame gear

Question: is there any difference in the loot from the treasure chests depending on the lvl you complete? In other words do you get better loot in the chest from a lvl 35 compaired to a lvl 28? Or is the only difference the objective rewards? The reason I ask is that I've done all with exception to the lvl 35 and have no difference in the loot from the chests.
Rhomulous1978 If you watch towards the end of the video he states that there are indeed different rewards for completing PoE on 35. However, if you want a guaranteed exotic, just play PoE on the reset, you are guaranteed exotics for opening the chest first time after reset

Just finished level 34, my friend got an exotic bounty. Turns out thats how you get the new exotic weapons (Lorde of Wolves, etc.), and the bounty requires you to complete challenges inside the prison! :D

I got ghallahorn, but here's the funny thing: i didnt know how great it was! I was even a little disappointed at first, but one of my friends ran me up to speed and figured i have probably the best rocket launcher ever! That was probably the only reason i got that heavy weapon
I got the fourth horseman from a vanguard ROC mission, the psion flayers one, on my first prison of elders run I got ice breaker and a legendary leg armour piece. Damn it I need more treasure keys!!!

The vendor's should sell old armor like from when the game released and dark below armor along side with the house of wolves armor since everything could reach max light level it would bring more customization as their really is no way to get the old armor anymore, don't you think?

Holy shit I swear this week has been raining exotics. Before HoW I did Crota and got all 3 Rocket Launchers. Dragons Breath from Ir Yut, Truth from Crota and on the third Crota run, I got my 4th Gjallarhorn. Then I did PoE on level 28 and got 4th Horseman which was the last exotic I needed, a Hawkmoon and another Truth. Then the Nightfalls gave me Hawkmoon again, Monte Carlo and Ice Breaker. Oh and I got 2 Mythoclasts from VOG.

From there on i opened it almost 9 times now with other Keys and NEVER got any additional Exotic. So, getting it after first opening is more than luck i guess

I finally got my warlock to lvl 34 and will be doing the lvl 32 PoE with my one warlock so them I'll have an armor core and weapon core. I'm glad you said the cores reset with the weekly reset cause I wasn't sure if you could collect them or not so I'll get a chance and then I'll try my luck at lvl 35 PoE. I did pick up the auto rifle cause it has good impact for an auto rifle. I was getting 200-400 on headshots which I haven't seen many auto rifles get.
So i dont have ANY treasure keys. If i complete PoE, will i get a key for the big chest? Or what? I dont want to waste my time doing PoE if i dont get any rewards.

Btw weapons of light doesn't help rockets at all. It only helps on the initial hit before the explosion.

I was able to get the Bones of Eao from the chest today so you can get exotic armor as well.
You can also get treasure keys from the small chests. I have already got 2 from them when I had not a treasure key 👍

Difficulty doesn't matter, it's just once a week. I got patience and time (my eighth one) from the level 28
