  • Coconut vinegar is a natural product obtained
    from a natural process of fermentation, with no
    preservatives or chemicals added.There are several types of vinegar depending on the raw material used. For coconut, it is made either from coconut water or fermented coconut sap. (Source: www.pca.gov.ph)
    On this video, vinegar is produced using coconut water.

    Ito yung hinahanap kong procedure ng paggawa ng suka.... sobrang sarap nyan suka.. . Sa skol dati gumawa kami nito as in.. matamis na maasim..

    This is essentially like wine. Dpat nito may breather yung sa wine. Or condom ang mainam na takip, para lolobo lang sya kapag sumingaw na ang gasses na biproduct ng yeast.

      Minimum 4 months Bago umasim. Dapat may mother vinegar.

    it's all very confusing. Some say you can't cover it that way you're doing completely but with a cheese cloth to let some air in and out. I made a very successful vinegar the first time. My 2nd time is very confusing. I have to clean my glass container twice away of worms that's come out of my vinegar. What did i do wrong? :(((((((((((((((((

      It means na may contamination po yung mixture nyo. Somewhere in the process may nahalo pong bacteria sa mixture nyo

      Yan din naging problem ko. Nung 1st and 2nd time ko gumawa ng suka successful sya. Pero nung huli na di na sya umaasim at nagkakaroon na sya ng uod. Base sa karanasan ko dapat pag maasim na ang suka mo iimbak mo ito sa bote na may takip at hayaan mo lang sya. Dapat di sya naka exposed sa hangin para lalo syang umasim. Saka ingatan mo ang langaw kasi yan nagdadala ng mikrobyo saka wag mo hinahawakan o titikman ang suka mo gamit ang daliri kasi magkakaroon ng kontaminasyon.
