It has nothing to do with his nationality there's plenty millions of people who are Italian who cannot arm wrestle so throw that right in the trash.
This is my favorite arm wrestling match. Ermes showed a lot of heart and determination. Even when the match was mathematically over he still gave it 110%. I think the arm wrestling table should also be adjusted for such huge guys. Ermes had the chance to pin Levan except his elbow came off the pad at least twice.
