- This 30 minute video would be good for those indoor trainer ride-a-longs. There were 9 of us riding the greenways around Nashville Tennessee this day and we always have a good time. Editing is limited and no added music. Audio includes only the ambient sounds during the ride which most viewers prefer for ride-a-long videos.

It could have hurt a little, definitely the trike would have sustained damages. The drop-off was about a foot and a half. The perils of recording and riding.

Not a planned Strava route. We always park at this address and just follow the Greenway in either direction. 2320 2 Rivers Parkway, Nashville, TN 37214
I ride recumbent all alone I don't have friends because I don't ride as fast as they do
1:35, 12:35... Understand when passing is required. But recumbents, please no side by side or center of trail riding.
Why do you all blow through STOP SIGNS???????? To many bikers are getting killed for either they or the car Blowing Stop Signs!!!!!
On group rides like this, many times drivers indicate to the lead trike to go ahead so the group can stay together.
