Where l am fro, Quebec, Canada butter is sold in foil wrapped 1 pound units with markings on the wrapping If you cut it when it`s warm it makes a mess, so better to leave in fridge.. They also sell it by sticks but it is a lot more expensive. l guess we have to pay for convenience. Better your way.
Our Butter has never came in Sticks. It is a 1lb solid Block. So how about you do a video for that… like figure how to measure 2/3 cups of Butter from a 1lb unmarked block of Butter. Now that would be a Great Video. Marked Sticks would be a no brainer to figure out tablespoons.
